A new report from the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) has found that California has the least-educated labor force of any state in the United States, and this may be due to the high levels of immigration in recent decades.
According to the study, 9 percent of California’s population was comprised of immigrants in 1970, but by 2008 it was 27 percent. Forty years ago, the state had the 7th most educated workforce of all U.S. states in terms of the share of workers who had completed high school, but by 2008 it ranked 50th.
The researchers now estimate that one in six workers in the Golden State have not graduated high school.
The report, titled A State Transformed: Immigration and the New California, concludes with the warning that without a comprehensive immigration reform and enforcement, other parts of the country may follow in California’s path.
CIS has also defended the new Arizona immigration law against critics who claim that it could lead to racial profiling of minorities, saying that the law stipulates that police "may not solely consider race, color or national origin" when implementing SB 1070.
It also pointed out that when the state’s governor, Jan Brewer, signed the new law, she also issued an executive order requiring additional training for police officers on what does and what does not constitute "reasonable suspicion."ADNFCR-1961-ID-19830954-ADNFCR

Liberals try to argue their intellectual superiority by pointing to professorships, artists, the ultra-rich Buffett/Soros types . . . but the reality is most of them and their constituencies are uneducated and lacking common sense. The feds allow in millions of tomato pickers, El Savalvadoran gangs, and who ever else wants to trespass in our country, and then we get a report that the immigrant population is not what you would call “the best and the brightest”.
1. Deport them all. 2. Have a two year zero immigration period to overhaul the system. 3. Then have a very restrictive policy of allowing very limited numbers of the types of immigrants who can contribute to making our country great again: inventors, scientists, and the like, who will not immediately go on welfare, bankrupt emergency rooms, or commit crimes once here.

What strikes me is the American Leftist idiots that demand immigration reform are so damned typically unforseeing of the costs, the loss of control that comes with ignorance. Ignorance breeds arrogance, and demand.
California is a perfect example with huge maintenance costs associated with ignorance.

They don’t seem to understand what is coming across the borders here, they talked about people opening businesses and high education levels and doctors etc. They seem to miss the fact that we are inundated with thugs, drugs, and drunks.
They aren’t even factoring in that a HS diploma may now involve a lower level of education to begin with.

I wonder if this study techique could be also applied to a correlation of education and religion? Judaism, Islam, & Christianity etc.
I got tired of the list so that’s the reason for the “on and on and on and on.....” stuff. If one thought about it hard, the list would be enormous...
