You are right, things like that are very telling about the mental attitude of a person.

And please don’t think because I question the story, or ask you a question, that I am arguing a particular case.

I ask you, because I want to know what YOU think. If there is something I haven’t read yet, It isn’t because I don’t want to know, it is because I haven’t gotten to it yet, and therefore any info you already had would be, and was, appreciated.

That could be viewed as a suggestion that she might possibly of having been involved in an extortion attempt - Al might have said no despite the police report so she had to go public with her as the victim ... of that very rich, public eye sensitive, paragon of virtue, a man trying to save our erf! With all the money Al has you would think you’d just pay her off pretty cheaply ... $100K?

As a practicing attorney with nearly 30 years’ experience, I can honestly say that this woman’s statement and interview are about the most articulate, detailed and convincing I have ever seen. This woman has a great vocabulary, eye and ear for detail and recall. I have to say that I am very much inclined to believe her.

Hmmm, upon rereading that, I am struck by at a kegger part. I have wondered how Albore put some much weight on so fast, perhaps booze(he resembles Teddy) is the answer. I can't recall him drinking much in those days(not even ice tea), but rarely saw him without a joint. In those days in Nashville, it was hard for someone in music or politics to get busted for anything, but murder.

Could it be, he is drunk and abusive to Tipper lately?
