The cap is off, apparently after a collision involving an ROV. It looks like they are trying to set up the cap for placement back on the BOP. There is one ROV working on the BOP and another ROV watching the bottom of the BOP. I wonder if they are concerned about the level being upset.

Before the problem with the containment cap, it had collected about 700,000 gallons of oil in the previous 24 hours. Another 438,000 gallons was burned.

Fox News is also reporting two deaths, but neither have the actual reason for the death! Did they die from chemical? Fire? Stubbed toe? I mean so they reported two deaths, is it something we, or other clean up crews should be concerned with? It’s almost TOOO vague. What do I mean ‘almost?’

Must be coincidental -- the day after a judge lifts oil ban , the oil cap is accidentally hit and more oil gushes, the dredging is stopped and almost 2000 US skimmers are not allowed to be moved to the Gulf.
