Interior Secretary Ken Salazar says he will issue a new order imposing a moratorium on deepwater drilling after a federal judge struck down the existing one.

Salazar said in a statement Tuesday evening that the new order will contain additional information making clear why the six-month drilling pause was necessary in the wake of the Gulf oil spill.

I told a group of women today what cap and trade would do to a sport that takes a great deal of energy and what effect it would have on their wallets and their kids in said sport, and noted how is that hope and changey workin' for the Obama voters.

The answer back was strict denial that they didn't vote for the "O", but their verbage about the anointed one is unprintable to a family audience....

What is happening here?

The same thing that happened when the FCC got slapped down, they just rewrote the directive to get around the judges. It appears that with this administration unfavorable court decisions are only speed bumps in the road.

It’s time for these Companies to seek a Contempt citation against Salazar.

What would you expect an “arbitrary and capricious” - to use Judge Martin Feldman’s language - Interior Secretary to do?

Roll over?

That’s not what “arbitrary and capricious” people do.

Well, this raises an interesting conundrum for the military:

Should it obey the court which ruled king obuma is wrong, or obey the Kenyan writing up illegal executive orders.

Decisions, decisions.

“What is happening here? “

A prelude to Civil War II. And Joshua Chamberalin left the Northeast 100 years ago, and he ain’t coming back.

It will not work. The Stupid admin was suppose to do a cost analysis study before they made the request (IT IS IN THE LAW!). If they do not do this, the new case will be thrown out. And even if they do the study, it will not justify the moratorium. So game is over for the Dumbo Admin...

DRILL BABY DRILL!!!

Beck was comparing nobama to FDR today regarding their fights with the courts.

Just like the libs pushing communism/socialism claiming it hasn’t worked previpusly because wrong people were doing it, nobama is trying some same tactics that FDR failed with. Guess he’s thinking he be smarter than ol FDR.

Considering the Democrats that are against the drilling moratorium, along with the cost to the Gulf States, me thinks Obama should walk away from this one. Particularly in an election year.

Obama can't walk away...his puppet-master Soros is in too deep on this one. The moratorium rolls a ton of cash into his Petrobras holdings.

Pattern:

1. Feds charged with border enforcement, but they don’t cuz this would “diminish our leverage”

2. Cities don’t like immigration issues: “We’re a ‘sanctuary city’

3. Feds want drill ban, struck down, “now we REALLY want ANOTHER double extra drill ban..!!!!”

Salazar said in a statement Tuesday evening that the new order will contain additional information making clear why the six-month drilling pause was necessary in the wake of the Gulf oil spill.

If Salazar had the data that makes clear the immediacy of the moratorium, he would have included it in the report. As it is, he had to lie about the seven experts just to give the appearance of agreement between the National Academy of Engineers and the Administration, let alone including any hard evidence at all that such a moratorium is warranted.

Hey, I know, let's put 20,000 people out of work during a time of economic crisis. Yea, that will certainly make things better...

I dunno if you’ve been watching Glen Beck the last few days- but tune in to see his show- He is making some very scary connections in all this oil crap- Soros invested 900 billion in Petrobas- Brazxilian oil- Soros as you know is a HUGE reason Barac got elected- The US- 2 days AFTER Soros invested in petrobas- sent Brazil 2 billion dollars (not that they needed it- they earn a 15 billion dollar PROFIT every year!!)- then lo and berhold- BP has the accident, and all of a suddfen Barac states we need to ban offshore drilling over 5000 feet or something like that- MEANWHILE, Petrobas is drilling at 140000 feet and we’re sending them OUR while banning our domestic drilling?

Oh yeah- and one brother who works for obama is doing all he can to make petrobas profit, while the other brother works for BP? (It’s the Holder brothers I beleive)

Something REALLY REALLY stinks in this whole ‘oil crisis’ in the gulf deal- Beck spells it all out shiowing who is involved- and pointing out the BLATANT hypocrisy from the dems and this CORRUPT administration- Soros has made hundreds of millions off petrobas while our country is banned from drilling offshore domestically, while thousands of jobs are goign to be lost here in US because of the ban, during the worst economic downturn in recent history, and the dems and admin is fine with this?

America is now just starting to learn what a real corrupt creep they elected- and them ore one digs, the uglier and more corrupt we find out he and the dems really are!

that’s another thing Beck brought up- those 7 ‘expert’ scientists are PISSED OFF at Salazar for LYING about what they initially said- The corruption of this administration just knows no end- they shover their corruption in our faces and dare anyone to do something about it- so far, they’re getting away with it too.

November is coming my friend. That's when we toss these bums out on their traitorous asses. I had a candidate for State Representative knock on my door today. Before he could finish introducing himself, I looked him straight in the eye and in a firm voice, I asked him if was a Democrat or Republican. He said Republican, and I said good, because I won't vote for a Democrat...
