Obama & Holder: “YOU have NO standing to ask any Questions!”

No matter the political agenda of any American citizen, one reality should send shivers down every American’s spine. The Obama administration has made it known that according to their form of “justice,” NO soldier or citizen has “legal standing” to question anything about Obama, his many corrupt friends, his anti-American policies or his full court press to destroy all things American.
Barack Hussein Obama remains a complete mystery. His birth, college, travel, passport and entire personal history remains under lock and key unlike any president before him. His policies have proven destructive to the US economy, US sovereignty and security as well as both states and individual rights.
The Obama administration is operating like a pure dictatorship at odds with the vast majority of American citizens and no matter what peaceful course of redress the people attempt, they have repeatedly been informed that they have “NO STANDING” to ask any questions.

What Americans aren’t getting is that this information is being “protected” by all sides.
It’s not just Democrats.
If the powers that be really wanted it public, they could make it so.
And it serves the purpose of damaging American confidence, which is a top priority, if not the highest priority.

Basically, yes. But it isn’t illegal to be a lying President so long as the lying doesn’t go to basic requirements of the office. What I am saying is he may have more than the citizenship issue to prompt him to hide his true biography. There’s parentage, grades, associations, faith, you name it he might be trying to hide.
As I understand it “standing” means that you have been injured and you have proof an illegality was committed against you. Proof does not equal mere suspicion.
You make a good point. Basically it reinforces Obama as the worst joke a president ever hoisted upon us, or something more nefarious.
It is, but it's irrelevant in Lakin's case. Standing is the legal ability to sue in civil court. Lakin has been charged with the military equivalent of a felony. He will have his day in court, as the defendant and not the plaintiff. And he will have access to all the evidence necessary to show how he didn't miss movement and why his brigade commander's orders were illegal.

Again, standing isn't the issue here. Lakin hasn't suffered an injury. Lakin is being court martialed, he isn't suing Obama. As you of all people should know, Lakin has been charged with the military equivalent of a crime and he's the defendant. This isn't a civil case here. Lakin could very well wind up spending time in Leavenworth.

That would come as a surprise to the people who are on record as remembering Obama while he was at Columbia.
My point is that lakin can claim to have been I njured by obama but he can’t demonstrate it. His case is a result of an attempt on his part to force obama’s hand regarding natural born citizenship. (As you say missing movement is a serious charge. If his defense is “I believe the president is an alien” that doesn’t really change the fact of missing movement.)
If I claim you injured me in an auto accident and sue you for it, it’s nice if I can demonstrate a connection between you and my injuries.)
Who are those people? I recall reading that some recalled himliving in the area, they recalled his pakistani roomie etc, but I’ve read nothing about him attending classes etc, do you have a link?
