See #29. Ltc Lakin can’t prove he’s been injured ‘cause he can’t prove Obama is ineligible. There’s great suspicion but no proof.

Again, standing isn't the issue here. Lakin hasn't suffered an injury. Lakin is being court martialed, he isn't suing Obama. As you of all people should know, Lakin has been charged with the military equivalent of a crime and he's the defendant. This isn't a civil case here. Lakin could very well wind up spending time in Leavenworth.

My point is that lakin can claim to have been I njured by obama but he can’t demonstrate it. His case is a result of an attempt on his part to force obama’s hand regarding natural born citizenship. (As you say missing movement is a serious charge. If his defense is “I believe the president is an alien” that doesn’t really change the fact of missing movement.)

If I claim you injured me in an auto accident and sue you for it, it’s nice if I can demonstrate a connection between you and my injuries.)
