The Obama administration will file suit to challenge Arizona's immigration law, an official told Fox News on Friday.
The confirmation comes after Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said in an interview with a TV station in Ecuador earlier this month that the administration would challenge the law in court, though officials had long said the issue was under review.
Administration officials initially would not confirm Clinton's statement. But an official told Fox News on Friday that while the review is still underway, the decision has already been made that a Department of Justice suit will be filed. The administration at this point is just building its case.

This pretender in the whithouse must be brought down. This is yet another affront to the people.
This announcement was not an accident. It was announced in a SA country that has turned more socialist with a new President and it was meant to hit all the Spanish language wires before it hit the US.

This is astounding...such teamwork, such patriotism ....no wait, esprit de corps. I can’t for the life of me imagine the Canadian Government suing one of our provinces. But what do I know, maybe it’s already happened. Of course the difference is that, in comparison, the Canadian provinces are very powerful and would probably beat the pants off them.
Can arizona counter-sue the feds for not doing their job and also charge the feds to pay arizona for the cost of enacting their bill (since arizona had to write the bill due to the feds not fulfilling their obligations)?
Time for this fool to be impeached and out of office and the rest of his staff and the liars that got him into office gone from their official positions as well.

Sounds reasonable to me, as well.Only way around it would seem to be to rule that the feds have the right to prevent the enforcement of federal law.An in-obvious position . . .
It would seem that a countersuit to demand enforcement of federal law by the feds would definitely seem to be in order.
I agree 100 percent, but we must first win the House back and win enough seats in the Senate, so we can take the super majority away from the Rats
