Fats don’t make you fat. Carbs make you fat. Fats make your arteries fat

“I admit Waffle House is an aquired taste.”

Ben Stein thinks its a 5 star restaurant.

But then again Ben is the kind of guy who probably couldn’t prepare a slice ot toast for himself, let alone a delicious, well-rounded, honest American breakfast.

"I love the food lists from Gay Men’s Health magazine. They let me know the tastiest treats out there!"

I don't think I'd be able to read one of those magazines without losing my appetite entirely.

These reports are good. I recently had a Colorado Omelet at Ihop. I knew it wasn’t the best thing in the world for me, but if I would have had the slightest clue that it contained 4,200mg of sodium. I would have certainly passed.

Even running a 10K in the Texas heat, you’d never need 200% of your daily allowance of sodium in a single meal.

Melas, this is merely a precursor to the government getting involved and setting standards regarding our food.

Is that something you desire?

Are you having a hard time determining what foods you should be eating or not?

Are you eating three meals like these day in and day out?

We don’t need a nanny magazine, a nanny organization, or a nanny government watching over us.

As for me wanting to supress this, it’s this citizen’s opinion that people who actually think they need to be involved in my food choices are infringing on my rights. Who are they to suggest I can’t make my own choices, and that someone should get involved to right this terrible wrong?

Calories make you fat. Doesn’t matter where get them. If you consume more than you burn, you’ll get fat. It’s just that simple.

What concerned me most about this was the super-high levels of sodium and artery clogging fats. This stuff was poison. I doubt few people know how bad food like this really is for a body.
