A Rhode Island mother says her 8-year-old son's school would not let him wear a patriotic hat she says he designed for a project to honor Army troops because the school thought it was inappropriate.
--- SNIP ---
Morales said the principal at David's school called her to say the hat wasn't appropriate because it had guns, which violated a school ban on weapons and toy weapons.

Dogs of war and men of hate
With no cause, we don’t discriminate
Discovery is to be disowned
Our currency is flesh and bone...
Just can’t think of anything to say. Just frozen with disgust.
I know what country I’m in, I just wonder what the hell country invaded us and took over.
Actually, a lot of schools don’t let you wear any type of hat.
Want to fix things? Elect a more appropriate School Board.
The real fools in this case are the voters.
This article confirms that hoplophobia is an actual mental illness. The pathological fear of class of inanimate objects so strong that the sufferer cannot distinguish between a 1/20th (or thereabouts) scale plastic cast toy and actual weapons should be more than sufficient reason to ban a person from contact with children. Or society in general.
God,
I’d be considered a terrorist by today’s plubic skool standards!

I’ve got enough lead soldiers that the apartment could double as a fallout shelter!
These people that are the footsoldiers might not know the goals, they are just blindly participating,
but make no mistake, there is a nefarious goal behind this.
Rush was right 20 years ago or more when he was first saying how the Femi-nazis were going to churn out a generation of feminized men.
Take a look at our approach to anything and you’ll see the “feminine” touch on it. Look at our foreign policy. Talk, talk talk talk talk talk talk. No action or reprecussion to back up the talk. That’s the feminine approach of “time out” played on the world stage.
Look at our approach on “forbidden words”. Kowtowing to someone’s feelings, walking on verbal egg shells around someone for fear of offending them is the feminine way.
Generally speaking, conservative men and women would not have a problem with this hat. It is because we have not fallen victim to feminization of the country.
This principle is just right for a South Carolina Democrat Senate candidate!
“If I had ever had kids, they would not have attended a government school, even though I did.”
That’s why. You know what they’re like first hand, and they’ve gotten a lot worse since you were there.
Back in third grade I wore a “leather” (cheap plastic) holster belt to school complete with two “pearl” handled 8-shooter cap guns.
I would have been in prison today.
How does this school or others like it, deal with a Student named Colt, Winchester, Gunn or the like? Are books by Browning eliminated from the Library?
Dang, that was my lunch box!
Useful idiots, no doubt, but carrying the water for the anti American/ anti 2A crowd doesn’t change the fact that many of these people are really mentally ill. Pretending that weapons do not exist won’t help anyone, but they do get to transmit their fear to young people. A generation of hoplophobes fits very well with the anti gun crowd. Those that desire a strong government forcing their wishes on the people are also well pleased.
They can't because a majority of voters are stupid and insane. People get the government they deserve.
Is this America or Coo-Coo Land?
This was for a "Hat Day." The young man's freedom of expression was violated. What a gaggle of moronbots.
