The report says 145,000 Philadelphians ages 18 to 24 cannot meet the military's medical, moral and mental standards. I interpret that to mean that in this democratic enclave paradise they are so corrupt, so stupid and so fat they rely on the youth of the rest of the country for their defense and survival. The same is probably true, to a similar degree, of Detroit, Cleveland, Boston, Los Angeles, Oakland, Seattle, Denver, Chicago, DC on and on.
They are unfit to serve but combined they have enough population to determine the outcome of any national election. Their electoral choices perpetuate their lifestyles and ruin the rest of the country.
