I interpret that to mean that in this democratic enclave paradise they are so corrupt, so stupid and so fat they rely on the youth of the rest of the country for their defense and survival. The same is probably true, to a similar degree, of Detroit, Cleveland, Boston, Los Angeles, Oakland, Seattle, Denver, Chicago, DC on and on.
They are unfit to serve but combined they have enough population to determine the outcome of any national election. Their electoral choices perpetuate their lifestyles and ruin the rest of the country.
I'm thinking that maybe they could serve in Obama’s Civilian Defense Corp. You know, the one he wants to create because “he can no longer count on our military”...
