Saudi Arabia has conducted tests to stand down its air defences to enable Israeli jets to make a bombing raid on Iran's nuclear facilities, The Times can reveal.
In the week that the UN Security Council imposed a new round of sanctions on Tehran, defence sources in the Gulf say that Riyadh has agreed to allow Israel to use a narrow corridor of its airspace in the north of the country to shorten the distance for a bombing run on Iran.
To ensure the Israeli bombers pass unmolested, Riyadh has carried out tests to make certain its own jets are not scrambled and missile defence systems not activated. Once the Israelis are through, the kingdom's air defences will return to full alert.
"The Saudis have given their permission for the Israelis to pass over and they will look the other way," said a US defence source in the area. "They have already done tests to make sure their own jets aren't scrambled and no one gets shot down. This has all been done with the agreement of the [US] State Department."

Of course, taqiyya is a Shi'ite concept. The Saudis are Sunni.
The comment of mine on taqiyya -- was meant to indicate that this is a minor consideration "in this story" (on this thread) -- and that the major consideration is how the Sunnis feel about the Shiites ... :-)
I do not believe this story.
The bunkerbuster bombs, ONLY produced in the United States, have NOT been cleared for export to Israel.
At this point, outside the use of tactical air to ground nukes (which still might not destroy the facilities and just create radiation no go zones around the bunker complexes), Israel has no capacity to penetrate at least 4 of the larger bunker complexes that the Iranians have constructed for their nuclear warhead program.

I had read many years ago in a old book where Israel used it to make Iraq think Israeli planes (which was in close formation) looked like a 737 or 747 (forgot which one)passenger plane. Thus they weren’t considered enemy aircraft.

That is a common myth that makes the rounds now and then.
Flying close together may help in some targeting situations, but not much, really.
Flying in the radar “shadow” of an airliner may be possible but it would require detailed and extensive awareness of the beam and its shadow (changing all the time).

I know that's not very "politically correct" to say, and can be viewed as insensitive because there have been some muslims who have given their lives in the War on Terror who were on our die, but I heard a muslim get up and talk during a prayer breakfast and try and tell me that his god and my God are one the same. I wanted to throw my plate at him. And that was 9 years before 9/11! I'm sorry to say, but I can't ever work with or serve with a muslim. I'll quit before I do.
One Nuke into the Dammam area would disable the Saudi oil infrastructure for an indefinite period. Oil prices would soar and remaining producers would be in clover. The rest of us would be up the creek.

You know you are living in bizarro world when Saudi Arabia has more sense than the US government administration.
Not so much trying to spoof the radar by flying that close together...Doing so just to “appear” to be one aircraft return is hard to do for any great length of time, time enough to fly through a countries radar grid...
They obviously won’t be able to get away with that trick on the way home...After word gets around about an attack...They’ll lose some of that ability to pull the wool over those countries eyes...
