A college instructor who worked as a senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu in 2008 is making the stunning claim Barack Obama was definitely not born in Hawaii as the White House maintains, and that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Obama does not even exist in the Aloha State.
Tim Adams, a former senior elections clerk for Honolulu, now teaches English at Western Kentucky University.
"There is no birth certificate," said Tim Adams, a graduate assistant who teaches English at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky. "It's like an open secret. There isn't one. Everyone in the government there knows this."
Adams, who says he's a Hillary Clinton supporter who ended up voting for John McCain when Clinton lost the Democratic nomination toObama, told WND, "I managed the absentee-ballot office. It was my job to verify the voters' identity."
He says during the 2008 campaign when the issue of Obama's constitutional eligibility first arose, the elections office was inundated with requests to verify the birthplace of the U.S. senator from Illinois.

"I had direct access to the Social Security database, the national crime computer, state driver's license information, international passport information, basically just about anything you can imagine to get someone's identity," Adams explained. "I could look up what bank your home mortgage was in. I was informed by my boss that we did not have a birth record [for Obama]."

Actually the story comes from the radio station.
Her director of health illegally hid until November of 2009 the administrative rules which reveal that any person is authorized to receive a non-certified copy of Obama’s abbreviated BC (COLB).
Her director of health made a public announcement of what is contained on the (multiple) birth records for Obama, which is forbidden in HRS 338-18a.
Her director of health then refused to release the documents she used in order to make her illegal statement, as required by Hawaii’s UIPA (FOI law).
Her director of health has overseen a department which is currently being investigated because it has apparently illegally destroyed permanent records, including the original birth index, index to foreign births, and the birth record for at least one individual.
Her director of health has perjured herself by giving testimony before a legislative hearing which exaggerates the actual requests they receive regarding Obama’s birth certificate by (IIRC) about 800%. She gave that testimony urging Hawaii to basically do away with their FOI law (UIPA) by allowing an agency to rule a person as a “vexatious requestor” who didn’t have to be answered.

That and the strange address in the Obama announcement(neighbors deny the O’s ever lived there) is plenty of reason to be suspicious.
This is not a politician who requires ordinary scrutiny. He is extraordinarily un-American and destructive and thus demands extraordinary scrutiny and suspicion.

Both of our parents placed their grandchildren in their local papers. As they did our marriage. I really don’t care why it was there or if it was placed there. It means ntohing in court. For it to be used by liberals means they are desperate. I want hard proof. The kind requested of us all after 9/11.

I forgot to say that Fukino only said what the birth records(plural) for Obama claim. The very fact that there are multiple records when the only index data they have for him is for a birth record shows that the document they have has been amended, which means that according to statute the State of Hawaii CANNOT vouch for the accuracy of the claims made on it.
IOW, the Hawaii DOH has revealed through multiple communications that what they have for Obama does not rise to the standard of prima facie evidence. If any judge ever allows a case to be heard on its merits, everything Hawaii has for Obama is not enough to automatically trump any other birth claim.
That could be why Obama’s lawyers have only offered 2 things as evidence, for Judge Robertson to “note”: the online image of a COLB (which the HDOH has now indirectly confirmed as a forgery) and the online images of the birth anouncements (which will very soon also be proven as forgeries as well).
Yep, that's the bottom line no matter what but I see that we still have questionable noobs showing up here and rehashing the same old crap.
