I would expect they will keep trying to manufacture “research” such as this. Their goal is to deconstruct what is normal and healthy; and they want to data to do it so they will manufacture the data.

I don’t believe it either. This is nothing but a blatant attempt to deny nature. If homosexuals are living by their nature, then due to the fact that their nature precludes procreatiion they are either denying their homosexual nature when they have a want to parent, or their homosexual lifestyle is denying their true nature to procreate.

Either way, they are not living their nature.

Since I researched this topic extensively over 10 years ago I no longer have sources. However learning that, in general, adopted kids do well played a part in our decision to adopt.

I agree that the system in place which allows adoption could do more to prepare would-be-parents. Adoptive parents are, of course, screened and I am sorry to hear your sister was unprepared. Lack of discipline, or consequences, is a bad plan for any parent.

I am blessed with two kids and pray I have the wisdom to help them grow into productive, happy adults in spite of their rough start in life.

My ex sister-in-law and her lesbian wife had a pair of twin boys via IVF. These were some of the sweetest, brightest and good looking boys that anyone could dream of. It would break my heart when the boys would beg me accompany them for father-son day at school and would not leave me alone on their visits following me from room to room just begging for attention. If you talked to these fine young men, you would be greatly impressed by their apparent normal development but just a little digging would reveal their overwhelming need for a male father figure in their lives.

And they will thus be easy targets for molestation by any gay men that the "mothers" would happen to associate with.

They have sentenced these boys to a life of sexual dysfunction, depression and perhaps early suicde.

I can translate for you. “Psychologically healthy”, means that they are brainwashed into the Gay Lifestyle.

The study compares the gay parented children to ‘typical children’ in the US. And then you highlighted this quote:
“The study was limited in that it was not a random sample, and was not controlled for race, ethnicity, or other demographic factors.”
Does this mean that the children of the gay parents, with higher amounts of commitment and resources to get through the IVF process and therefore at a markedly higher socioeconomic level (which usually excludes minorities, immigrants, unplanned pregnancies), were compared with ‘typical children’ from a broad strata of socioeconomic levels? And doesn’t this mean that IVF children were compared with non-IVF children, because ‘typical kids’ in the US today are often the result of unwanted pregnancies? And doesn’t this mean that the sample compared those whose families have the resources to live in San Francisco and pay for IVF with those who may live in more blighted areas and may be on food stamps and are struggling to learn English?

I work w a former PTSD shrink(he’s a great guy) from a VA hospital.

He said that the most violent people he dealt with were not ex SEALs or soldiers it was lesbians when they had their tantrums.

Actually had to call the police to his office.

But god help him if he mentioned this in a review or as a reason why he no longer councils gays.

Gartrell's report, published in Pediatrics, is the latest in a series from the U.S. National Longitudinal Lesbian Family Study (NLLFS), which enrolled 154 prospective lesbian mothers between 1986 and 1992. Researchers followed them and their children as they conceived through donor insemination. Most (140) were either birth mothers or co-mothers, but 14 were single moms from the start.

Statistically meaningless junk science without perr review and confirmation is something to laugh about as is the number of homosexuals that cling to such nonsensical 'validation' attempts of that which is disordered...

Am I to believe that the gender of sexual partner and the sexual technique employed have an impact on how a child is raised? Further, that a 17 year old that is yet to live life and produce offspring is a good measure of adult success?

Regardless, the obvious junk science as far as methodology -the study is flawed on its very premise which is that lesbians are different from normal women in any way BUT sexual acrobatics and preferences...
