I saw this as a kid, with people like Gore Vidal, and Noam Chomsky. Also Alinsky, who was nothing but a wannabe, who hung around with the MAFIA to show what an iconoclast he was.

Small world. It was D1 who I was posting to back in 2002 when that troll chimed in and tried to frighten me off from taking on the death cults.
The troll was right in one respect. There are not a lot of people people who want to think about the death worshipers, let alone trying to defeat them. But they are out there nibbling away at our lifelines, destroying our outlooks and prospects, trying to convince more and more of us to hate life. For me, there was no other choice. Life is great despite the presence of life’s trolls.
