this is just a slap in the face to the 7% who think they are the majority in this country
how dare a celebrity like him marry someone of the opposite sex

You go, Rush.
I don't care what you do except stay on the radio, continue commenting and (though I have no real knowledge .. I just believe it's true ... ) contributing behind the scenes for the advancement of conservatism.

Kathryn must really like Elton John for Rush to shell out a cool mill to get him.

I hope this isn’t one of those Barry Goldwater second wife moments.

There is a pretty big age difference.
But they don’t look like an odd couple at all in that photo.
I hope they are both very happy.
I don’t remember Rush singling out gays for ridicule on his show! at least not based solely on sexual orientation. Of course, anyone who is a dedicated and goofy leftist will get skewered by Rush....this must be what the author refers to.

It's an odd pairing considering El Rushbo's history of anti-gay commentary I have NEVER heard Rush Limbaugh make a single anti-gay comment in all the years I have been listening to him. I doubt the writer of this article has EVER listened to his show.

It’s an odd pairing considering El Rushbo’s history of anti-gay commentary...I must have missed that show, I guess. After all, a reporter said it, so it MUST be true.

In our primitive past natural selection determined that only the most successful males achieve older ages.
Evolution also wired the female of the species to gravitate towards the males genetically disposed to be successful (aggressive, clever, physically fit)so as to provide security for her offspring.
Thus the pheromones given off by older successful men are dang near irresistible to any woman of child bearing age.
Also, younger child bearing age females give off pheromones that make older men somewhat physiologically younger—more potent, virile and vigorous,as the G-Man would say.
Add personality compatibilities and you get what we have here.
Best of luck Rush.

Considering Sir Elton John’s principles, I doubt seriously, that he would have performed, were the article’s author at all truthful. He certainly doesn’t need the money. OTOH, he performs for audiences without knowing their proclivities, other than applause, screaming, and adoration. Didn’t hear any booing at the one I attended.

Opposing the Fascist Leftist Homosexual Democrat Agenda to destroy the morals of America makes one, ipso facto,a Homophobe hater “destined” to be “reeducated” under the “New Order.”

I'm fine with the marriage but disgusted with the entertainment :(
C'mon, with all the conservative, just as talented, musicians out there, surely he could have found someone else.
This smacks of hypocrisy to me, and I like Rush!!!
