Attorney General Eric Holder told an audience in Paris on Monday that he and President Barack Obama are committed to battling corruption as "one of the great struggles of our time."
Holder, addressing the 35-nation Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development, said the World Bank estimates that more than $1 trillion in bribes are paid out each year.
"Put simply, corruption undermines the promise of democracy," Holder said. "It imperils development, stability, and faith in our markets. And it weakens the rule of law."

This Holder guy is kidding,right?
and if that combat succeeds in rooting out corruption then Holder will be in prison. In the noted combat the AG is a combatee, not the combator.
Is this from the Onion?
put the dogshit AG in the federal pen and than investigate his alleged ways of dealing with corruption. Nothing but a corruptocrat himself. Obozo will serve two terms all right, half a term as a pissant the other half of his term in a federal prison doing hard labor for corruption, fraud, money laundering, Eric Dogshit Holder will be doing the same. This will be the Obozo Administration Legacy Impeached and Imprisoned
“...corruption undermines the promise of democracy...” AMAZING that this would come from a “Justice” department under Hussein & company!!! What a joke. How did this bum actually speak this line with a straight face?
maybe Holder should look himself in the mirror..

Corruption is inherent in any regulation of anything by government. When the influence on products and marketing comes from the government rather tan the market then businesses must use their resources more and more to shape the regulation rather than to improve product and reduce costs. The main competition now between UPS and FedEx is over access to and purchase of bureaucrats and Congressmen, not market competition.
And it weakens the rule of law.
Rule of Law?? A ‘progressive’ discussing the rule of law is a joke.
We have enough laws on the books to maintain a civil society, but the ‘progressives’ determined that some should be ignored.
(Embezzlement? Immigration? just to name two.)
The only struggling I have seen him do is when he was being questioned about jihad!
It’s so comforting to have Mr. Fox guarding our hen-house.
Please...don’t insult scum. holder is beyond that. He is a syncophantic libtard asshat moonbat who needs to arrest, convict and frog march him self to the nearest ultramax prison. and to top it off he is france...stay there you freak mongozoid.
First Lady Michelle Obama and Vice President Joe Biden are Team Obama’s biggest liberal hypocrites—bashing the corporate world and influence-peddling industries from which they and their relatives have benefited mightily
Obama White House has more power-hungry, unaccountable “czars” than any other administration
Team Obama’s appointments are a litany of embarrassments as would-be appointee after would-be appointee was exposed as a tax cheat or had to withdraw for other reasons
Obama’s ACORN and union buddies have squandered millions of taxpayer dollars and dues money to enrich themselves and expand their power
Obama’s Wall Street money men and corporate lobbyists are ruining the economy
Obama’s buddie Rezko was convicted in a federal government corruption case for demanding kickbacks from companies
offering pay to play positions in his government
bring suit against Arizona for stabilizing Federal laws
on and on, and yet they are the ones who stand for moral clarity?
Why does he have to go to Paris to say that?
Are they all going to quit?
The lesson here is how to look stupid instead of corrupt. Not hard for this guy.
Pot meet kettle.
This administration is singlehandedly wiping out satire.
You should know, Does the name Marc Rich ring any little bells in your little brain.
