He’s in charge! : o /

U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Matthew Burleson, who was sitting to Obama’s left under a tent with other dignitaries, said the president personally decided to call off the event after he saw lightning nearby and heard a loud clap of thunder. Burleson said Obama turned around and told his aides that he was worried about thousands of people being in an open field during a storm.
“He was the one who called it,” Burleson, a Waukegan firefighter, said. “He was just really worried.”

After leaving the cemetery, the president’s motorcade was briefly stopped on Int. Hwy. 55 because one of the vehicles had a flat tire, according to reports from the poll of reporters following the president. The occupants of that SUV moved to another and the motorcade proceeded to a west suburban facility that opened Friday and provides housing for military families who want to stay close to loved ones who are hospitalized.
At the Hines Fisher House at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital, one of 45 Fisher Houses on military installations and Veterans Administration medical centers, Obama spent 30 minutes talking with service members and their families who live there, including many children. He then toured the facility, ate a bratwurst and some baked beans, and at 2:20 p.m., left the area.

A heavenly warning perhaps to Obama to be very careful as to how he handles the “Flotilla” incident involving Israel!
It’s funny what a candid camera can reveal in a person’s face sometimes.
Obama looks angry and worried about something in those pictures. I wonder what was going through his mind at that moment?
Perhaps he was feeling the spirits of our fallen warrior heroes gathering around him.
how about Obama holding that nice metal umbrella higher than anyone else?
“doofus thy name is Obama.”
(/s)
Must be their GREEN initiative wouldn't allow run flat tires. /sarc
Oh if all of them would have been a lightening rod how great would that be..fewer voters for socialism maybe.
Things that make you go 'hmmmmmm.'
The weather sounds like someone way above obama’s pay grade weighing in on his attempt to simulate a commander-in-chief.
Regarding #110
Did you get a look at the military officer’s knowing half smile...the one next to Obama?....He looked like he wanted to burst out laughing...you gotta know he was enjoying Obama’s discomfiture!
Look real closely at the officer’s face...you’ll see what I mean!
Also, with the two photo’s together, you can do the crosseyed trick and get an interesting 3d effect since the photo’s are just off by a few features. The umbrella and hand really stand out and the eyes sort of move back and forth. The officer also shows interesting perspective as well.
Just stare about 6 inches to to a foot from the monitor, cross your eyes then slowly let your eyes come to focus in the center...the image will merge and an interesting 3d effect pops out in the center!
That’s why they had to cancel the event - TOTUS is POTUS
Yeah, I did. It's one of those telling "atmospheric" details that you sometimes pick up in snapshots like this.
The half look on that officer's face says a lot about what our military folks think of POSIC Obama, and their level of military discipline and respect for the office of the President.
She's got legs, she knows how to use them
She never begs, she knows how to choose them
Was this a union crowd bused in like so many other rent-a-clappers? As if a metal chair would help anyone stay dry. The mentality of the Obama zombies is shameful.
LOL!
What, no armageddon yet?
