Thirty four people shot in two days.

(At least 22 shot in separate shootings, 1 dead (yesterday) ^)

The good news is the doctors are all getting training for battle.

“I don’t understand why Obama was standing there at a live mic holding an umbrella in the middle of a thunderstorm. Lighning had already struck near the ceremony even before he went on and tried to give his speech.”

Because he is an idiot, still in diapers. Once this is acknowledged, everything will be cast in its proper light.

I bet at least one of those brainiacs was beaming with pride at how clever he was to devise an impromptu umbrella.

Ever notice how easy it is to spot the “Obama Voter” in your daily life?

At USNA we used to make a Plebe hold up a fork in the air to protect us from God’s lightening strikes.
These fools don’t have enough sense to come in out of the rain.

“Good point. I see POTUS, but not TOTUS. At least one of them has sense.”

Zing! Oh, good one! The teleprompter has more common sense than POTUS!

...what fool put him up there with an UMBRELLA?

The same fools who didn't even realize that it was a VERY BAD IDEA to let a US President miss a Memorial Day remembrance at Arlington Cemetery.

Wow.

I was going to cut some slack when it was learned there was lighening and not just rain. Partisan leanings aside it’s just stupid to be out in those conditions if you don’t have to be. Then you show those pictures of the idiots in the crowd. If they are stupid enough to practically beg for a lightening strike then why should I care about their safety. Might as well have given the speech.

It is interesting the place he should have been today had clear skies. Someone might be trying to tell you something Obama.

Rain Preempts Obama’s Memorial Speech
By JACKIE CALMES

Audience members used chairs to shield from the rain as President Obama delivered a Memorial Day speech at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, Illinois on Monday.

ELWOOD, Ill. — Just as President Obama was about to speak, a violent rain storm interrupted the Memorial Day honors for America’s war veterans at the national cemetery here.

Instead, an umbrella threatening to blow from his hand, Mr. Obama told the crowd to seek shelter from the lightning and rain, leaving the proceedings on hold. After waiting in a nearby building the see if the weather would clear, Mr. Obama left and the rest of the ceremony was canceled.

The sky, sunny for hours while people assembled in 5,000 folding chairs, blackened right before the program began. Lightning cracked at the conclusion of the Pledge of Allegiance and the downpour came just as the president was introduced.

(snip)
