Whoa ... the pictures of the plaintiffs are primarily female and/or minorities. I have to admit ... I was honestly expecting a bunch of angry, white guys.

Eight of the nine people accused of accessing Barack Obama’s student loan records without permission made their initial appearances in a Davenport courtroom Monday and entered not guilty pleas.
The ninth, Gary N. Grenell, 58, of Coralville, was out of the country and set to return, his attorney told Judge Celeste Bremer.
The rest had their trial date set for July 6 with a preliminary hearing June 14.
No new details about the case or the intentions of each defendant were disclosed at the hearing. They each remained free on recognizance bonds.
The indictments were filed earlier this month in U.S. District Court, Davenport. The defendants are charged with exceeding computer access. Each faces up to a year in prison and a $100,000 fine, if convicted.
According to court records, the defendants worked for a Department of Education contractor in Coralville, Iowa, and each accessed the records on different dates between July 26, 2007, and March 13, 2009.
The others charged include Andrew J. Lage, 54, Patrick E. Roan, 51, Sandra Teague, 54, and Mercedes Costoyas, 53, all of Iowa City; Lisa Torney, 49, of Coralville; Anna C. Rhodes, 32, of Ainsworth, Iowa; Julie L. Kline, 38, of West Branch, Iowa; and John P. Phommivong, 29, for whom no hometown was listed.
The records were accessed while Obama was a candidate for president, president-elect and after he took office.
Davenport attorney David Treimer, who is representing Phommivong, spoke outside the courtroom, saying the charges relate to the accessing of the records and not about how they were used or disseminated. He said all of the defendants worked for the same employer but not in the same office. He declined to discuss further details about the case.
Maybe I missed it, but weren’t the state employees who accessed AND released Joe the Plumber’s files prosecuted? And what about the Pentagon employees who accessed AND released private information in Linda Tripp’s files?

IMO- he gave up his right to privacy when he decided to become a public official.

So did the investigators and reporters on FOX who gained access to the records of Anwar Al Aulaqi. Passports, student loans, etc. The very same records Barry has scrubbed from the unverse.
I am not saying 2 wrongs make a right. If it against the law, it is against the law. I am not saying the reporters should be investigated or should reveal their sources.
Is it about Obama or the law? If it about the law, they can find out who accessed Al-Aulaqi’s records as easily as they learned who accessed Obama’s.
But we all know it is not about the law. It is about Obama.
If I were the defense attorney I’d subpoena Neil Sheehan to testify as to Public Right to key government records. Any government held record of the sitting or presumptive Commander-In-Chief and Chief Executive is a duty-to-know as far as I am concerned, only excepting those executive memoranda, papers and communications that are produced while he is serving, and for some limited and fixed number of years afterwards, as those are a necessity of office to be kept private.

I hope these people are keeping aware of their surroundings and either availing themselves of the right of self-protection (if possible), or have hired bodyguards. They don’t want to end up like that one guy who accessed Obama’s passport!
[BTW: Do you remember the name of that guy who ‘died’ - or was murdered - in the passport case? I have to put him on my list of suspicious deaths surrounding Obama.]
I think it’s pretty safe to assume that there is something HIGHLY irregular regarding the SS# Obama is currently using (assinged to some guy who was born in 1890), and the sheer volume of the list of other social security numbers in relation to Obama himself and other family members (like his mom).

Zeros' cover up is so well done and so many pages are blacked out so quickly that it has to be a professional job. When you start thinking about which agencies can do such a professional job the list is short.
What constantly puzzles me is why the CIA wants to plunge the country and much of the world into Marxism/Communism.
I followed this story. This guy got into zeros files and later was found shot dead in broad daylight in Chicago i believe. His first name caused me hours of searching until I figured out what you said. His first name actually is Lieutenant.
