Eight charged with accessing Obama records plead not guilty

Eight of the nine people accused of accessing Barack Obama’s student loan records without permission made their initial appearances in a Davenport courtroom Monday and entered not guilty pleas.

The ninth, Gary N. Grenell, 58, of Coralville, was out of the country and set to return, his attorney told Judge Celeste Bremer.

The rest had their trial date set for July 6 with a preliminary hearing June 14.

No new details about the case or the intentions of each defendant were disclosed at the hearing. They each remained free on recognizance bonds.

The indictments were filed earlier this month in U.S. District Court, Davenport. The defendants are charged with exceeding computer access. Each faces up to a year in prison and a $100,000 fine, if convicted.

According to court records, the defendants worked for a Department of Education contractor in Coralville, Iowa, and each accessed the records on different dates between July 26, 2007, and March 13, 2009.

The others charged include Andrew J. Lage, 54, Patrick E. Roan, 51, Sandra Teague, 54, and Mercedes Costoyas, 53, all of Iowa City; Lisa Torney, 49, of Coralville; Anna C. Rhodes, 32, of Ainsworth, Iowa; Julie L. Kline, 38, of West Branch, Iowa; and John P. Phommivong, 29, for whom no hometown was listed.

The records were accessed while Obama was a candidate for president, president-elect and after he took office.

Davenport attorney David Treimer, who is representing Phommivong, spoke outside the courtroom, saying the charges relate to the accessing of the records and not about how they were used or disseminated. He said all of the defendants worked for the same employer but not in the same office. He declined to discuss further details about the case.

While most of us understand that having a British father disqualifies Obama from being a Constitutional president, this story reveals the remarkably professional concealment of any documents pertaining to Obama’s background, a cover-up which began long before the active presidential campaign. While some, particularly those following the lead from the Alinsky left, dismiss such concerns with a cover up as conspiracy nonsense, what we are seeing is about as good an example of a conspiracy as one could find, and one with very very deep penetration throughout our government, media, and perhaps even our military.

John Fund made the offhanded comment last Friday on John Bachelor's program that the most powerful man in the white house is John Brennan, former CIA assistant director, and employer of Lieutenant Quarles, the State Department contract employee who, according to Condoleeza Rice, “cauterized” Obama’s passport files, and was assassinated (nothing was stolen from Quarles, bullet in the head) in front of his church while he was claimed to have been cooperating with the the Justice Department.

Limbaugh played Brennan speaking to a New York University audience, referring to Al-Kutz, the Arabic name for Jerusalem, and speaking in reasonably fluent Arabic to the audience. While the Al-Kutz reference does mean a great deal to Israelis, a CIA officer fluent in Arabic doesn't prove anything, except in the context of so many in his administration and among his longtime friends, Khalidi, Said, Farrahkan, Rev. Wright, Susan Powers, John Mitchell, ...

The interesting question is who ordered the inspection of the audit trail on Obama’s education records, when, and why. These indictments appear designed to intimidate and silence anyone who might have seen anything. What it should do is frighten those of us with some inkling of the extent of the shield protecting Obama. It points to the possibility, even the likelihood that the outspoken Rev. Manning may not be so easily dismissed as a crank, and that the CIA is actively involved in protecting the identity of the man in the White House.

Just to be realistic. Any data stored in the the educational databases is certainly backed up. Any documents stored in the State Department records databases or physical files have been logged and in many cases, physical records scanned and stored, so it isn't as if the facts aren't known. There is a massive cover-up about who Obama is and many in our government agencies are complicit. Individuals are understandably silent. Most heard of the Quarles assassination, and there are laws which would certainly be used to prosecute anyone acting on his or her prerogative. But our senior military officers and NSA officers must realize that their families live in this country too. They swore an oath to defend and protect the Constitution, and his British father made Obama a British subject at birth - not by any stretch a natural born citizen. Their silence will affect the futures of their families, their loved ones overseas, and all will be caught up in the world wide economic collapse which the academic Marxists are confident will lead to revolution and at least a socialist Western government.

That raises the puzzle of the Army doctor who apparently dared to refuse orders, but doesn't dare to focus on the only factual data confirming Obama’s ineligibility, Obama’s British Kenyan father. If Dr. Lakin is decoy, is he a willing decoy, or part of the plan? Remember this British-born Marxist who has ordered our infantry to patrol without a live round chambered in Afghanistan. Whether Obama’s closest supporters are Arabists, or, as the believable New York Attorney, Malcolm X'a personal attorney for a decade, Percy Sutton said before the election, Obama’s education was paid for by Whalid bin Talal. Talal was represented in the U.S. by Black Panther founder Don Warden/Khalid al Mansour, who has preached the killing of all white people for at least three decades. Obama is who John Jay and George Washington feared most, an agent of a foreign government, and not a natural born citizen whether born in Kenya or Hawaii, and possibly not a citizen at all - we must pay the cost of keeping his background hidden from the citizens he represents.
