A trial attorney with the Department of Justices Voting Rights Section has resigned, citing concerns about the governments refusal to prosecute a case involving voter intimidation by the New Black Panther Party.
A letter of resignation from a former Justice Department employee makes clear DOJ has refused to allow attorneys in the Voting Rights Section to testify before the congressionally-chartered bipartisan U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, despite subpoenas that could result in their being held in contempt.

“Eric Holder is a coward on racial issues.”
Eric Holder is a negro on racial issues.
Why are you quoting me on that comment? I didn't say that.
Anyway, it's not about race so much as political ideology. All of these people are communists. The Black Panther Party advocate "Black Liberation". That is what Obama's pastor of 20+ years preached from the pulpit. "Liberation" theology was concocted by communists in order to advance the revolutionary communist agenda via various bogus religions (including Wright's 'church' and the so-called "Nation of Islam")
In your view, being a "negro" means one has to defend black communist radicals such as the New Black Panther Party? Or defend blacks who've obviously broken the law by intimidating voters with night sticks and verbal abuse.
The GOP is too cowardly to do the right thing.
Malik Zulu Shabazz, chairman of the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense (NBPP):
"We believe in a Black first philosophy and a Black Liberation Theology."

Obama's Church: Gospel of Hate
Kathy Shaidle, FrontPageMag.com
Monday, April 07, 2008
In March of 2007, FOX News host Sean Hannity had engaged Obamas pastor in a heated interview about his Churchs teachings. For many viewers, the ensuing shouting match was their first exposure to "Black Liberation Theology"...
Like the pro-communist Liberation Theology that swept Central America in the 1980s and was repeatedly condemned by Pope John Paul II, Black Liberation Theology combines warmed-over 1960s vintage Marxism with carefully distorted biblical passages. However, in contrast to traditional Marxism, it emphasizes race rather than class. The Christian notion of "salvation" in the afterlife is superseded by "liberation" on earth, courtesy of the establishment of a socialist utopia.

Catholics for Marx [Liberation Theology]
By Fr. Robert Sirico
FrontPageMagazine.com | Thursday, June 03, 2004
In the days when the Superpowers were locked in a Cold War, Latin America seethed with revolution, and millions lived behind an iron curtain, a group of theologians concocted a novel idea within the history of Christianity. They proposed to combine the teachings of Jesus with the teachings of Marx as a way of justifying violent revolution to overthrow the economics of capitalism.
The Gospels were re-rendered not as doctrine impacting on the human soul but rather as windows into the historical dialectic of class struggle. These "liberation theologians" saw every biblical criticism of the rich as a mandate to expropriate the expropriating owners of capital, and every expression of compassion for the poor as a call for an uprising by the proletarian class of peasants and workers.

"Their founding document [the Weather Underground's] called for the establishment of a "white fighting force" to be allied with the "Black Liberation Movement" and other "anti-colonial" movements[1] to achieve "the destruction of US imperialism and the achievement of a classless world: world communism."..."-Berger, Dan (2006). "they [the Weather Underground] employed revolutionary jargon, advocated armed struggle and black liberation and began bombing buildings, taking responsibility for at least 20 attacks. Estimates of their number ranged at times from several dozen to several hundred."

Right on.
LOL...I came into this thread and stumbled across that graphic...made me feel like a Freeper Celebrity!
I watched the video that was linked showing the Fox news shots, and it is just unbelievable. We joke that liberals seem to forget that there are such things as tape recorders and cameras, and this dumb POS is acting like he knew nothing about the guy dressed just like him who had been standing next to him before the police escorted him away.
LOL...I think he said something like “I don’t know anything about anyone with a nightstick, you just makin this stuff up...”
Let’s face it: Holder hates white people. His legal professors were the nutcase Laurence Tribe and black reparationist leader Charles Ogletree, sort of like Obama’s religious mentors, Wright the Phleger.
Very little tolerance in these people.
Malik Shabbaz is one dangerous black psychopath, the legal world’s equivalent of New York City Councilman Charles Baron (who would have made a great Nazi in the 30’s).
Shabbaz has bamboozled the media in DC for decades including the Wash. Post and local TV stations.
Then again, so has Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton.
Now you know why DC is such a political shithole. Decent blacks get gunned down on their porches while hatemongering frauds get front page stories.
Go figure.
Good. There’s 1. Let’s keep’em comin’.
On racial issues? Eric Holder is a coward. PERIOD.
The KKK needs to do what the Black Panthers did.

It’s worse than that. We are supposedly “A Nation of Cowards on race”
I’m sure any day the NYT will commence with a 58-day string of front-page, above-the-fold stories on this. /s
Frank Rich's panties would be in such a twist that he might just perish of gangrene.
