ARMY SCHEDULES FORMAL HEARING IN CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST DECORATED ARMY PHYSICIAN BEING COURT-MARTIALLED FOR REFUSING TO OBEY ALL ORDERS
AT REQUEST OF DEFENSE COUNSEL, HEARING NOW TO PROCEED ON JUNE 11, 2010
Washington, D.C., May 12, 2010. The Army has now officially scheduled a formal hearing its case against Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, who is being court-martialled by the Army for refusing to obey orders to deploy to Afghanistan because the President refuses --even in the face of mounting evidence to the contrary-- to prove his eligibility under the Constitution to hold office. It will proceed on June 11, 2010 at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. at 9:00 a.m. in room 134 of Building T-2.
All proceedings are open to the media and public. The court martial process, which begins with the military’s equivalent of a preliminary hearing in a civilian court, known as an “Article 32 Investigation” (referring to the provision found in that section in the Uniform Code of Military Justice) was just commenced when on May 3, 2010, LTC Lakin was notified that the Art. 32 hearing would take place May 6, 2010. Lakin’s civilian lawyer, Paul Rolf Jensen, immediately requested a continuance to June 11, 2010, and this request has been granted. Assisting Jensen in his defense of Lakin is a very experienced senior member of the Army’s Judge Advocate General’s corps.

I can’t imagine Commander in Chief President George W Bush ( or George HW or Ronald Reagan-heck, I might even throw in Carter and Clinton here ) sitting back and allowing the court martial
of a distinguished and honorable member of the military to proceed when simply producing their original birth certificate would have aborted the process in the first place.
Please God, do not let this man who served his country for 18 years pay any price at all for Obama’s fraud upon this country!
No it won't...not *inside* the courtroom at least.The Colonel's gonna be convicted and the trial judge won't allow a single word about "eligibility" to be utter in the courtroom.I'm not saying that that's the way it *should* be but that *is* the way it *will* be.
I would think at falls under the crime of fraud, since he and the DNC (whose certifications put him on the ballots of all the states and DC) tacitly implied that he was constitutionally eligible. In the case of Hawaii, the DNC certified explicitly that he was constitutionally eligible.
As for a possible charge of treason, I don't think it would fly under these circumstances. Remember that treason is specifically defined in the Constitution: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

Treason is reserved for citizens.
A foreign national who commits a crime against the U.S. citizenry by usurping the government, well, that is very, very serious, essentially a coup. Any Americans who knowingly helps in that coup is in deep trouble, too.
I believe we have a whole series of hanging offenses to contemplate.
