Two private investigators working independently are asking why President Obama is using a Social Security number set aside for applicants in Connecticut while there is no record he ever had a mailing address in the state.
In addition, the records indicate the number was issued between 1977 and 1979, yet Obama's earliest employment reportedly was in 1975 at a Baskin & Robbins ice cream shop in Oahu, Hawaii.
WND has copies of affidavits filed separately in a presidential eligibility lawsuit in the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia by Ohio licensed private investigator Susan Daniels and Colorado private investigator John N. Sampson.
The investigators believe Obama needs to explain why he is using a Social Security number reserved for Connecticut applicants that was issued at a date later than he is known to have held employment.
The Social Security website confirms the first three numbers in his ID are reserved for applicants with Connecticut addresses, 040-049.
"Since 1973, Social Security numbers have been issued by our central office," the Social Security website explains. "The first three (3) digits of a person's social security number are determined by the ZIP code of the mailing address shown on the application for a social security number."
The question is being raised amid speculation about the president's history fueled by an extraordinary lack of public documentation. Along with his original birth certificate, Obama also has not released educational records, scholarly articles, passport documents, medical records, papers from his service in the Illinois state Senate, Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records and adoption papers.

I know!!!!!!!! I'm a dedicated 'birther' - but having said that IMHO this story is bigger even than the birther story is.
There is just no way around the use of all these SS numbers being anything other than some serious felony action having been committed by Obama.
More proof we have a treasonous media. Can you imagine the outcry if this information had been available on BUSH???

#2 - With that said, not sure I would agree with you on World Net Daily being ‘quick on the trigger’ on this issue.
#3 - Why? Because this story has been out there for at least a year and a half now. (And its not just this ‘one’ CT number - Obama is known to have used at least 33 other ones as well. This issue has been introduced in some of the various court cases regarding eligibility). If WND had been quick on the trigger this story would have been out there at least a year ago.

That wouldn’t matter. He was nowhere near DC until 2004.
But the date range matches more closely his attandance at Occidental College which in in Southern California.

No sweat. All’s well.... I agree that WND get’s a lot of unnecessary grief for their Christian stands. They aren’t infallible, and I don’t always think they take the wisest approach to a few issues, BUT, I generally support them STRONGLY on MOST issues. Please count me as a Brother-in-Arms. At present I’m away and not able to compare their SSANs with the lists of states provided in this thread by a couple of others. It may be that they used the U.S. address we provided in passport applications, but I’m not sure.
Given his Birth Day, Social Security Number and Last Name, we can verify his Selective Service registration.

About your question as to how the SSANs were chosen for my three children born abroad-—it now appears that the numbers were selected by the address of the missionary agency that handles our ministry support and files our Form 1099. We use that as the address from which our returns are filed, and so I suppose the SSA considers that the home address for their purposes.

#111 That social security number 042-68-4425 I just filled in on the Selective Service Registration site: I used the last name Obama, rather than Soetoro. His date of birth was August 4 1961. Under Soetoro, there was no match. Under Obama, it did give me the match and produced the registration number 61-1125539-1.I’m sure you know all this. I’m also sure you know the SS numbers weren’t in existence until the mid 1930s, so I assume if, as Orly Taitz said, that number was assigned to someone born in 1890 in Connecticut, it would be a retroactive assignation, which, I guess, is the most likely explanation. I myself have just verified that yes, at least the first five numbers indicate Connecticut. But I don’t know how to research the 1890 part.
Thank you. Wonder what BO was using a Connecticut address for when applying for an SS#. That’s the question, isn’t it? I suspect it had nothing to do with paying taxes. 8-)
