When whites say that slavery reparations is a dead issue, that’s not news. When conservative blacks say it, it isn’t news. But when Professor Henry Louis Gates, Jr. says it, you can put a fork in it.
There are a few black Americans whose ancestors were never held as slaves in this country. (One of them has a rather important job now — something involving government housing and ’round the clock protection.) Does President Obama deserve a reparations check?...

NOT! I think that because his Luo family was involved in the Arab slave trade,(not all that long ago, as British records from the turn of the 20th century would show) all the proceeds from Soetoro and Ayers' book "Dreams of My Father" should be seized and paid to the descendants of slaves.
The Luo of Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Somalia were the Arab slave traders' facilitators in the East African Slave Trade. Probably still are in the Sudan!
The Muslims of the Barbary Coast also seized many Europeans as slaves, as many as 2 million ... and well into the 19th century! They even raided seaside towns in France, Italy, and Yugoslavia to kidnap them! Englishmen, Scots, Irish slaves were grabbed at sea, or as they traded in Spanish ports. They were sold into the Turkish Empire. I therefore also demand reparations.

My grandmother spent a year in a NAZI work camp.
She was in the French Resistance when the French still had a pair.
She was essentially a slave to the NAZI war machine and was never compensated for her drudgery by the German government after the war as required by law.
She never complained,never really told anyone besides family of her ordeal nor ever sought compensation for the lost year of her life.
It isnt called reparations, It’s called Affirmative action jobs. Its called National Health care,It’s called Negro College Fund, It’s called ACORN and many other things, but it IS reparations.

Their relationship to islam? I think is simple ~ that a muslim cannot enslave a fellow muslim.... so its a get out of jail free card.

NO, but I’ll gladly contribute to a ONE WAY BOAT Ticket back to KENYA.

And I’ll include every slave I’ve ever met.
I think we should provide 1st class airline tickets to any descendant of a slave who wants to leave the US to any country that will take them, providing they give up their citizenship.
If the US blacks were still living in Africa instead of good jobs with the govt or Coke they would be hiding from the crazy mugabe types who want to hack their arms off. My advice to blacks in America is give thanks for deliverance.
