Barack Obama Names Pro-Abortion Activist Elena Kagan to Supreme Court
Washington, DC -- President Barack Obama named pro-abortion Solicitor General Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court today to replace retiring pro-abortion Justice John Paul Stevens. Kagan, if confirmed by the Senate, would join the current 5-4 majority that has kept Roe v. Wade and 52 million abortions in place.

As an undergraduate at Princeton, Kagan wrote a senior thesis titled
"To the Final Conflict: Socialism in New York City, 1900-1933."
In the "Acknowledgments" section of her work, she specifically thanked her brother Marc, whose involvement in radical causes led me to explore the history of American radicalism in the hope of clarifying my own political ideas. In the body of the thesis, Kagan wrote:
"In our own times, a coherent socialist movement is nowhere to be found in the United States. Americans are more likely to speak of a golden past than of a golden future, of capitalisms glories than of socialisms greatness. Conformity overrides dissent; the desire to conserve has overwhelmed the urge to alter. Such a state of affairs cries out for explanation. Why, in a society by no means perfect, has a radical party never attained the status of a major political force? Why, in particular, did the socialist movement never become an alternative to the nations established parties?...
"Through its own internal feuding, then, the SP [Socialist Party] exhausted itself forever and further reduced labor radicalism in New York to the position of marginality and insignificance from which it has never recovered. The story is a sad but also a chastening one for those who, more than half a century after socialisms decline, still wish to change America. Radicals have often succumbed to the devastating bane of sectarianism; it is easier, after all, to fight ones fellows than it is to battle an entrenched and powerful foe. Yet if the history of Local New York shows anything, it is that American radicals cannot afford to become their own worst enemies. In unity lies their only hope."http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/individualProfile.asp?indid=2398
As someone once said elections have consequences, nothing much can be done about it.
Gotta love the stupid party. Always bringing feathers to gun fights.
the question which should be asked is
you are a homosexual activist and used your position at Harvard to push your homosexual agenda.
how can you be fair when a homosexual case come before you?
she cannot and therefore she should not get the job and the GOP should be releasing statements about this right now instead the media are trying to make her as a moderate with no questions about her homosexual activism.
add tot he fact she has never sat on the bench, she’s a flaming socialist too.
is anyone trying to say that there is not one judge out there in this country which is more qualified than a Jewish liberal never been a judge homosexual activist?
this administration has put people into groups based on race, sex, etc and used that to push their agenda and it needs to stop
A pro baby killing woman that thinks she’s a man.
Awesome.
Barack Obama and the travelling freak show.
Thank God for the republicans.
Oh wait...
so he will vote for a homosexual activist and has used her position at Harvard to push her homosexual agenda . Who has never been on the bench, who believes in socialism.
THE GOP IS really the STUPID party.
they need to get out here and state how she is an activist and has used her position, forget the name calling the left relies on that to push their agenda. It’s time to stop appeasing to the small homosexual community
Because KILLING BABIES is the MOST IMPORTANT THING for democraps!!
2 Corinthians 6:17
17 Therefore,
“Come out from them
and be separate,
says the Lord.
Touch no unclean thing,
and I will receive you.”
Does a lesbian’s opinion on “reproductive rights” have any weight? I understand what men think of abortion doesn’t matter because we can’t get pregnant. I think we need some diversity on the court. That would be a fertile, heterosexual, evangelical, mother. In other words, a woman that is most likely to experience pregnancy should be on the court. Have we had any of those?
I think this will be a big shock to you then...the mover/shakers in the republican party mostly agree w/ the democrats. Theyre just not as radical in their approach.
Why she’s everything NOT to like in a Supreme Court Justice. How insightful of BO to pick her.
Exactly, these jackasses NEED to start introducing the words socialism and, yes, communism into their vernacular. This is the perfect opportunity to do so. Especially, in the wake of the video that was released of high school teacher openly calling for a Latino Communist Revolution this weekend. Who runs strategy for these morons??? Some random guy off the street could do a better job.
The R’s will vote for her - - they will continue to show “bi-partisanship” Meanwhile, when we get the chance to pick judges who are pro-life , the D’s will once again Oppose Oppose Oppose!!
Is this big sis’s twin brother?
She’s a wise lesbiana.
