Times Square Block Shut Down

NYPD closed off streets from 42nd to 47th along Broadway in New York City. Police shut down a block in the heart of Times Square Saturday night after receiving a call about a suspicious car fire, delaying some Broadway shows by more than an hour.
The call came in just after 6:30 and as of 9 p.m., 45th Street between Seventh and Eighth avenues had not been opened. When police initially responded, they saw smoke coming out of the car but no fire.

Police said a bomb squad investigation was on the scene and that the car on fire was a sport utility vehicle had license plates that didn't match the make of the car, raising suspicions.
On one of the theater district's busiest nights, some shows, including "The Lion King," were delayed by an hour or more, according to the Broadway World website.
Oprah Winfrey was in attendance of the new hit "Fela," being shown at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre on West 49th Street, and the production began on time and wasn't interrupted.

Yea, .... but seems too far away to see who was in it...but they said the plates don’t match the vehicle...Maybe some other cammeras will have picked something up.

Excuse me, but anyone who puts together a car bomb and parks it in a location that would inflict maximum damage/injury/death if it goes off is a terrorist!
Now, what kind of terrorist still remains to be seen; but that is definitely a terrorist act.
Is everyone associated with the Federal Government brain dead?

So according to the looney left and the feds, its not terrorism. Ok, so a guy can put a bomb in a car with a detonator and some propane tanks yet its NOT terrorism. Good God we are sitting ducks aren’t we..and if it had gone off, what would they have said “Oh it was an accident”
Recall the FBI made the same idiot statement within 2 hours of the Ft Hood killings - before their teams even arrived on scene
