If you need a reason to raise a glass this weekend, here is a round up of PROMISING data from Democratic pollster Scott Rasmussen.

"There was a post yesterday that said there were 100 seats in play, but I don't think we will pick up all of them. But we don't need them all, we only need 41. If there are 100 up for grabs 41 becomes a much more approachable target. "

Only 33 or 34 Senate seats are up for re-election every 2 years.

I would feel better about this if I believed for one second that the dems have any plans of participating in a fair election process. Color me skeptical.

Now that would be an interesting question for Scott to poll.

The question is will it be enough to overcome 20 to 30 million new Democrat voters in the mix for November?

Some of those are hard-core leftists. Many in that number are young skulls full of mush who will grow up someday and become conservative.

We'll always have people with strange ideas amongst us. It's part of the price we pay to have a free society.

The saddest thing to understand is that Obama and his gang DON’T GIVE A RIP ABOUT AMERICA .. or what American’s think about what the Admin is doing.

This is BIG TIME payback to all the “evil rich people”.

But .. Americans are catching on to the Obama nightmare and they’re not buying it.

That’s why I believe this admin will CREATE crisis after crisis (”Never let a good crisis go to waste”) in order to demand the congress pass horrible legislation which will only make the crisis worse.

If the GOP falls for this .. we’re in serious trouble.

You describe Rasmussen as a Democratic pollster. I've never seen nor heard him claim that he's a 'Rat OR a Pubbie. In fact, the high ranking 'Rats in DC sneer at Ras's polls because they think that his results are overly skewed to the GOP.

I'm not picking up the 'Rats gripe against Rasmussen here, but am merely asking why you describe him as "Democratic."
