City of San Francisco officials and the liberalazzi brigade are loving up their new deck of race cards. They are marching and huffing in the media that the nation needs to boycott anything from and to the state of Arizona to show politically-correct displeasure with the new Arizona immigration law. [snip]
Nationwide, the Rasmussen Poll reports most Americans stand with the governor of Arizona and with the people of Arizona.
60% of those polled by Rasmussen are in favor of police being able to stop and verify immigration status.
In Arizona, Rasmussen finds 70% of Arizonans polled are in favor of the new law, and a whopping 83% say the immigration law will be a deciding factor in how they vote this fall.

Arizona Chamber of Commerce Directory. Surely you can drill in here, find some businesses in Arizona and buy something from them online. Or better yet, call them to order, and tell them you are buying something today to show support for the state.
Sports columnist Dave Zirin says he wont write anymore about the Arizona Diamondbacks baseball team until the law is changed. Here is Zirins email: dave@edgeofsports.com. Pfft!
Arizona Governor Jan Brewer has put a petition on her campaign website asking for all those who support her position on immigration to sign. Show Jan some love.
Visit her page, by the way, where Governor Brewer did away with political correctness in her state and brought back Christmas trees and Hanukkah menorahs in state displays to replace the holiday trees and candlesticks. I love this woman.
Here is the Arizona Diamondbacks website. Heres their message board. Leave them a love-gram. Heres the place to buy a team souvenir.

went to a conference in AZ this month and went shooting. I’m now looking for something to spend money on in Arizona instead of California, and I will send a letter about it to both states. Maybe a car, or a boat part, or gun accessory...maybe someone in AZ can sell me another 1K rounds of ammmo - could use some more...
Spent the last 2 days driving through central AZ. Spent a lot of money. Beautiful country. No protesters. I purposely avoided Tucson & Phoenix.
Actually not being sarcastic. I don’t have a tv and the last games I watched were in the mid 1980s. I am not really a sports fan either so I don’t keep up with any of the pro sports.
The Cards moved in 1988? Wow! I have been out of the loop!
Wouldn’t it be funny as hell if the Diamond Backs won the World Series and the Cardinals won the Super Bowl? I know the chances of that happening are slim to impossible but I can dream.
Excellent graphic!
Santa Cruz Chile Paste is to die for!! Mmmmmm....
ping for later purchase :)
That is darned easy to do since there are no "San Francisco" Wines. But I think we understand what you mean.

Love the magazine but I have never been a subscriber. That’s going to change!
Buy it anyway! Remember Arizona!
Campground 10-X near the Grand Canyon is gorgeous and very inexpensive. You may need reservations for peak times. I stayed up there for a week one time... it was memorable. Cold at night, though.
You can also camp at Lynx Lake near Prescott and also there is a campground on 89A just west of town. They are beautiful settings in the Ponderosa Pines. You’d probably like the campgrounds near Payson, too. Call ahead because the state has closed down some state parks to save money.
A local businessman offered to run the state parks free and got turned down... state employees are a strong lobbying force.
I’ve worked with these folks... excellent quality:

I visited Fredonia in 2008. Senator Barry Goldwater always ended his campaigns with an address at Fredonia, and 1964 was no exception, although he gave it just across the Utah state line at the Kanab airport.
In Kanab, a town where a lot of horse operas have been filmed, I met a librarian who attended the 1964 Goldwater rally and filled me in on some of the details.
