This is OLD and the man doing this was trespassing. He is lucky he wasn’t shot.
It is old news. At least 2 years. I don’t have You Tube access at work. But I do remember this story.

It’s not immigration, it’s an invasion.
Good idea, just take the American flag and tramp on the Mexican flag. They don’t deserve to have the American flag. If Mexico is such a great country, move. If not, obey the laws of this country. Only one flag (by law at least) is allowed to fly above the American Flag. That is the U.N. flag. However, even that pile of garbage will not fly above my National Ensign. I can tell you that!!
“Call a amber lance.”
Good man
An oldie but a goodie. From Oct 2007.
Yep....it’s old but a good reminder of what this country is all about. It’s illegal to fly any flag above the American flag in this country and the Vet was enforcing the law. If the Mexicans can’t understand this, they need to go home.
This is old, but I still remember it vividly.
Was he taking a risk as Clemenza points out? Yeah. But I stand behind him all the way, even if he was trespassing.
It is an invasion. La Raza makes it clear, and Obama’s last POS appointment to the SJC makes it clear he agrees with La Raza too.
I fear this is going to turn into more than just trespassing in our lifetime.
We may look back at this Vet as being someone who was firing the first shot in defense.
Call a amber lance.

Agree with his intentions, and appreciate the fact that the gentleman in question didn’t whine when he was picked up on trespassing.
It’s not illegal, it is a violation of the U.S. flag code
I havent heard of any arrests of stupid, misinformed or malevolent Americans or others being arrested by the flag police for disrespecting the US flag

I say let’s give them this year’s Rick Monday Award for Extraordinary Service in the Protection of the Dignity of the Stars and Stripes
My sister, who doesn’t have a drivers license and is disabled, finally found transportation from her rural home to the Social Security Office 40-miles away. She finally arrived only to discover it was ‘Hispanic Day’, and no one would serve her.
Did you call your congressman and Senator?
