In hypothetical general election matchups for United States Senator from Washington state today, 04/23/10, six months to the midterms, incumbent Democrat Patty Murray does not poll above 46% against any of 6 possible Republican opponents, according to SurveyUSA research conducted for KING-TV Seattle. In 5 of 6 matchups, Murray finishes nominally ahead of the Republican, but within the theoretical margin of sampling error. In 1 matchup -- against 2004 and 2008 gubernatorial candidate Dino Rossi -- Murray loses by 10 points, 52% to 42%. These 5 matchups are effectively even, and should be reported as such:
* Against State Senator Don Benton, it's Murray 46%, Denton 44%. * Against former NFL player Clint Didier, it's Murray 46%; Didier 44%. * Against businessman Chris Widener, it's Murray 45%, Widener 43%. * Against Businessman Paul Akers, it's Murray 45%, Akers 44%. * Against doctor Art Coday, it's Murray 45%, Coday 41%.

These poll results are astonishing.
Clint Didier for Senate
These poll numbers aren’t astonishing to the American people that do not look forward to the Obama DeathCare genocide of the elderly, enslavement to Big Brother for our children and grandchildren, and the guarantee that our enemies no longer fear us and will likely attack here in the USA again.
To quote the late - great Henny Youngman: "Every one has a right to be ugly. But she abuses the privilege !"
And they're welcome encouragement to all freedom-loving people in this country, and dare I say, around the world. As Ronaldus Magnus once said, America is the world's last, best hope. It must be preserved.
That she does!
Patty’s gonna get pounded. < / smiling>
It would be sweet if the traitress Murray got unseated. Plus, it would put the GOP one step closer to control of the Senate.
Murray is one progressive I would love to see voted out right on her arse! Just her looks reminds me of every PBS woman I have seen begging for donations!

Murray’s remarks on bin Laden
Sen. Patty Murray told a group of high school students terrorist leader Osama bin Laden is popular in poor countries because he helped pay for schools, roads and even day care centers.
“We haven’t done that,” Murray said. “How would they look at us today if we had been there helping them with some of that rather than just being the people who are going to bomb in Iraq and go to Afghanistan?”
GOP state Chairman Chris Vance called Murray’s comments offensive and urged her to retract them.
“It is absolutely outrageous and despicable to imply that the American government should learn a lesson from the madman who murdered thousands of American citizens,” Vance said.
Murray’s comments “sent the message to these students that the United States somehow deserved or brought on the September 11 terrorist attacks,” Vance said. “I think all decent people can agree that we most certainly did not, that this was an unprovoked attack of terrorism.”
sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet
...’’and will likely attack here in the USA again’’. ‘’Texas’’ this is my biggest fear. That we’re about to blind-sided by history again(like Pearl Harbor) by something that will make 9/11 look like a kindergarten food-fight. It’s 1939 again, the world over.
If the GOP can win that Washington state US Senate seat that Murray currently holds, the prediction here is that they take over the majority in the Senate.
Hope so...
In this race, it doesn't matter; ANY ONE of them would be a massive improvement over Murray who has a lifetime American Conservative Union rating of 2.74 over 17 years.
NOBODY in the Senate with more than 1 year under their belt has a lower ACU rating. Even Feinstein and Boxer and Schumer are more "conservative" than Murray.
In this race, there aren't any RINOs. We need to focus completely on beating Murray no matter WHO is the candidate, because the reality is that any of the 6 candidates would be a titanic shift in power for this State, and a massive gain on the conservatism of that Senate seat. Even if it ended up being someone "liberal" like Snowe or Collins we'd still be much better (from a 2.74 to a 47.88 or 49.43).
Don't focus on the "RINO", focus on winning the big seat!
God willing and the creek don’t rise please let this trend continue.
bump
These polls, though nice, don’t matter. Especially in Washington, where liberals count the votes. Remember how the WA governor stole the election?
Still, if we can shoehorn in a RINO we don't want that person getting the idea he or she gets a place at the table when it's time to lay out the Republican and Conservative legislative agenda.
A RINOs job is to hold the office for the Republicans ~ not rule the country.
