I came to this country and I am in favour of this bill, I see no reason why Ia nd others come here legally and work hard only for others to break the law and get rewarded

the illegals will move to CO, NM and then those in that state will see all the illegals and crime and then demand a tough anti illegal bill which we know the rats will not do so they will lose those states in the next election.

Richardson knows this in NM and now will be in fear of the illegals hitting his state in their thousands.

The Supreme Court might find this as a remedy to a federal law which is not enforced....in other words, tone not need be a Federal Officer to enforce immigration laws.

Arizona should tell the President to choose one of the following: (1) read the Tenth Amendement, (2) do his job as the President and ENFORCE Federal law and protect our borders, and/or (3) stick it his ear — or a combination of any and all of the above.

Should the Feds attempt to strike down Arizona’s law (and they will), then Arizona should IGNORE them. Should the Feds seek then to punish them with sanctions of some sort, Arizona (and the other States who value their liberties and the Constitution) should RESIST them. This seems to be the way it’s heading.... And I am getting to the point that I am with Patrick Henry — “let it come!”

I thought the Supreme Court decided when State laws violated civil rights. This is not the feds or Obama’s business. It is Arizona’s business.
