A retired Army general and national security policy expert says Lt. Col. Terry Lakin has "a valid point" and should use his "right to discovery" to force the Obama administration to produce proof of his natural-born citizenship status.
In an interview with Evil Conservative Radio, Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely said, "I think many in the military and many out of the military question the natural-birth status of Barack Obama. I'm not convinced that he is [a natural-born citizen]."
Vallely, CEO of Stand Up America U.S., graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and was commissioned in the Army in 1961, serving 32 years.
He said he inspected his own long-form birth certificate, and it contains a doctor's name, date and location of birth.
"But he's never been able to produce that," he said of Obama. "His unwillingness to do it also concerns me. I think Lt. Col. Lakin has a valid point.
He refuses to produce a birth certificate that states the witnessing of the birth, the date and who is the doctor. We don't know why he won't come out with that."

Another really impressive site regarding his selective service form being created in 2008 is here:

If we find out who supplied the SS card collection, would we find out who has planted and groomed this guy?
I love Robert Ludlum books and I bet he could come up with a great story line! :)
Just a few facts to consider: The Supreme Court has already clearly defined the difference between Native born and Natural born.example(Wong Kim Ark and the Elg vs US) . In the Ark case a child was born to parents who has legally immigrated to the U.S. but were not yet U.S. citizens(naturalized). Ark was declared a NATIVE born Naturalized citizen. In the Elg case a child was born to parents who were both Naturalized citizens but later returned home to Sweden. The child was declared a Natural Born citizen. The Ankeny case reference these cases but choose to ignor the opinion of the U.S. Supreme Court. The Ankeny case was in a district court not in a FEDERAL court and is not binding on federal law. Local courts DO NOT overrule the Supreme Court. Why are obama supporters referencing a lower court ruling but are ignoring Supreme Court cases that prove just the opposite. The answer is simple , if this ever gets to the U.S. Supreme court, obama would NOT be declared a Natural Born citizen. If Ankeny is appealed it will be overturned as it has no authority to override Federal law and the U.S. Constitution
“While that’s an interesting interpretation, no court in the United States is ever going agree with you.
Wrong:
“THE VENUS, 12 U.S. (8 Cranch) 253, 289 (1814) (Marshall, C.J. concurring) (cites Vattels definition of Natural Born Citizen)
SHANKS V. DUPONT, 28 U.S. 242, 245 (1830) (same definition without citing Vattel)
MINOR V. HAPPERSETT, 88 U.S.162,167-168 ( 1875) (same definition without citing Vattel)
EX PARTE REYNOLDS, 1879, 5 Dill., 394, 402 (same definition and cites Vattel)
UNITED STATES V WARD, 42 F.320 (C.C.S.D. Cal. 1890) (same definition and cites Vattel.)”
I just read the cases you cited and none of them are on point; i.e.; none of them is presented with the question of what is a “natural born citizen.” The best of them, Minor v. Happersett, has some dicta which might be illuminating, but the court makes clear it is not trying to determine what is a “natural born citizen.” The court was merely trying to determine whether a woman born in the state of Missouri would be considered to be a citizen of that state and therefore entitled to vote (a suffrage question).
Wong wasn't running for President, as far as I know, so there was no reason for the court to define natural born citizen. If he were, it would be obvious that he is natural born because he's native born. The Constitution makes that pretty clear. He was not a naturalized citizen; rather, a citizen from birth, a natural born citizen.
I get more hits when I replace "fake" with "real."
There's simply no logical reason why it would be faked, because there's overwhelming evidence to prove what it says is accurate and only speculation that it's false.
I just hate to see so many bright Conservatives buying into this loony conspiracy theory, led by such luminaries as the incompetent lawyer/dentist Orly Taitz and Truther Liberal Philip Berg.
I think you’re a fake.
A fake FReeper. All of your posting history points to only one subject that you have an interest in, and that is defending the Dear Comrade and asserting that he is Constitutionally eligible to serve as POTUS when in fact it has not been proven that he is.
I’m calling troll on ya pal.
True, but they did anyway.
Definitions of words and phrases don't change just so you can apply it to what you want when you want, or in your case to fit an agenda.
You cited these cases as saying the courts had already ruled several times that someone in Obama’s position was not a natural born citizen. I say none of them made such a ruling. If I am wrong, please cite me the case.
For further evidence that you are wrong, I quote the Plaintiff’s brief in the lawsuit against Obama claiming that he has not shown himself to be a natural born citizen. The first sentence states:
With all post 1789 elected presidents being Article II “natural born citizens,” never in the history of the United States has our nation had to address the meaning of an article II “natural born citizen.” Plaintiffs claims are historic, unprecedented, and constitutional in nature.
I wrote no such thing, you either have me confused with some one else or you're on drugs.
You’re wasting your time on an 0bama-defending troll, but good references for anyone who wants greater understanding.
Hey Klingon!
The only hits you get is from your bong.
