Dear FRiends,
It is with a very heavy heart that I am reporting the following news...
MarySecretary passed away on March 28, 2010.
There was an announcement on her Facebook account page from one of her close friends, but I did not see it until today as there is a different link to hit in order to see her friends' posts.
Please pray for her husband, her children and her grandchildren.
Oh - thank you for letting us all know.
Mary Secretary was indeed a saint of God - in the best meaning of that word. She always joined every prayer thread with her beautiful prayers and wise and heaiing words of comfort.
She is now with her Lord Jesus!
Hallelujah that she now sees Him face to face and is more alive today than she ever was on this earth....see you soon, MarySecretary - Maranatha!
I remember her as one of the good ones. :(
“We will meet face to face someday Mary, in the place He prepared.”
In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. - John 14:2
Pinging all who prayed for Marysecretary to this thread.
It was an honor to have known her.
With love,
Joya
Prayers for her family. RIP Mary.
Sad to read about her passing, I hope she will be listed on the special FRper memorial wall.
RIP, Mary
Going home.
Thank you for posting this. Prayers up for her family.
Oh no. Well, she is in a better place and safe in the Lord’s arms.
Prayers for her families comfort!
I may say to those of you also who have been bereavedif you believe in providence you may grieve; but your grief must not be excessive. I remember at a funeral of a friend hearing a pretty parable which I have told before, and will tell again. There was much weeping on account of the loss of a loved one, and the minister put it thus. He said, “Suppose you are a gardener employed by another; it is not your garden, but you are called upon to tend it, and you have your wages paid you. You have taken great care with a certain number of roses; you have trained them up, and there they are, blooming in their beauty. You pride yourself upon them. You come one morning into the garden, and you find that the best rose has been taken away. You are angry: you go to your fellow-servants, and charge them with having taken the rose. They will declare that they had nothing at all to do with it; and one says, “I saw the master walking here this morning; I think he took it.” Is the gardener angry then? No, at once he says, “I am happy that my rose should have been so fair as to attract the attention of the master. It is his own: he hath taken it; let him do what seemeth him good.”

Soli Deo Gloria!
Oh dear God! Heavenly father please be with Mary’s family at this time.
Eternal rest, grant unto her, O Lord,
and let the perpetual light shine upon her.
May her soul and all the souls of the faithful departed
through the mercy of God
rest in peace.
Amen
Shocking news. She will be so missed here on FR and my thoughts and prayers go out for those who loved her.
Peace to you Mary and I know you shine like a star in the brightness of the heavens as you strived to lead others not only to salvation in Christ but righteouesness. I am going to really miss you.
BTTT
What sad news. She was a lovely, lovely person. She will be missed.
Prayer BTTT
Godspeed MarySecretary, you will be dearly missed.
Prayers for her family and loved ones.
She had a great tagline—”GOD IS STILL IN CONTROL!”
Now she can see that from a ringside seat.
God bless her, and her family.
