The defense attorney for an officer refusing Army orders until Barack Obama documents his eligibility to be commander in chief has hinted that the president's proof of eligibility could come up during the course of the government's prosecution of his client.
"In the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice), just as you would expect, criminal defendants have the process of the court, for subpoenas and depositions under the rules that are prescribed," attorney Paul Jensen said during an interview today on the radio show of G. Gordon Liddy.
Jensen was on the program with his client, Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, who posted a YouTube video inviting his own court-martial because he believes military orders under an ineligible president are illegal, and then posted a letter telling Obama that it's up to him to provide the proof.
"I'm not going to say what we are going to do other than we are going to do what you would want us to do," Jensen said.
He specifically avoided broadcasting any specific defense strategy for the case that is developing against Lakin confirming that the officer was told in writing on Monday that he now has been "flagged" by the military and charges are expected to be filed soon.

Bingo!! I have always believed that Obama’s grandmother, knowing the vital importance of American citizenship, did all the footwork in Hawaii. Probably before grandbaby ever set foot in the country.

Good points!
I don't think it's ever been done, although I believe it's possible: has a major party candidate ever run for POTUS without appearing on all the states ballots?
Outside of Abraham Lincoln in 1864, I can't think of any others. And 1864 was a special case, to be sure.
So would the DNC try to run Soetoro in say, 40 states instead of 50, if 10 states passed a proof of eligibility law? If that doesn't prove Soetoro is ineligible, I don't know what does.
Thoughts/comments?

I don’t believe Arizona’s proof requirement has been formally voted on yet.

The order to report to Fort Campbell is not an illegal order. But facts are a terrible burden for many folks. :-)

Someone please explain again why the (2) newspaper birth announcements do not lend credibility to Obamas American birth? I am at a loss to understand how these could be fradulent, planted or anticipatory of baby Obamas future presidency.
Try this: Obama most likely was born in Hawaii but the people we have been told were his parents are not the ones we have been told.
The guy from Kenya allowed his name to be used, but he was not the biological father. This would explain one reason to hide the original documents, and why no one remembers the birth. Mixed race people are not unusual in Hawaii, but a Kenyan father would be exotic and memorable.
Or perhaps this: Stanley Dunham was actually Obama's father, and his mother an unknown woman with dark skin. Stanley Dunham wanted a son so badly that he named his daughter Stanley. By maintaining the fiction that the boy was his daughter's son, he got to raise the son he always wanted.
Placing the birth notices in the newspapers was just the beginning of establishing false parentage. No one imagined then that it would become meaningful later.

You see, there was a Santanic conspiracy to put Obama in office. Time travelers went back to Honolulu in 1961 to submit fraudulent birth announcements in the two papers to cover up that he was actually born in Kenya. It was a clever trick, but we are not fooled.
Then a “fake” birth certificate was produced by a group of space aliens and Al Qadea agents using photo-shop and sent out to the media.
A Wicken Coven also stepped in to use CIA mind control technology to brain wash the governor of Hawaii and Hospital officials to keep the real documents hidden.
It all make sense when you know the secret story.

My understanding is that these newspaper announcements are made routinely under a number of circumstances. They are done even when the baby was not born in hawaii.

Ok then, assuming it does pass and then several other states also pass similar laws.

Someone please explain again why the (2) newspaper birth announcements do not lend credibility to Obamas American birth? I am at a loss to understand how these could be fradulent, planted or anticipatory of baby Obamas future presidency. Because Hawaii had extremely lax birth registration laws in 1961.
You could have been born anywhere and Hawaii would have accepted any information that anyone could have sent in on a mail-in form. Born on Mars? No problem. Just fill out the form that you were born on Oahu and you get a certificate! Isn't that cool???
Seriously.....read the link....and then read this one on Attorney Mario Apuzzo's website where he explains the newspaper announcements legally don't mean a birth occurred in Hawaii, just that a birth was REGISTERED in Hawaii.

Look, he was born in the USA because 1) no pregant woman flies to Kenya to have a baby and 2) Barack Obama, Sr. IS NOT HIS REAL FATHER.
