Last Friday night, Allee Bautsch, the chief fundraiser for Louisiana's Republican Gov. Bobby Jindal, was violently assaulted, along with her boyfriend, outside of a famed New Orleans restaurant. Initial reports on the incident were murky, but Yahoo! News has learned that the attacks appear to have been politically motivated.

The tactic, which Hitler and Goebbels perfected, is to “hint” at things you’d like to see happen (”punch back hard”) and then let your thugs take care of things on the streets. The thing that concerns me is that they pretty much own the streets. They’ve been running in them for 40 years. We law abiders aren’t at home in the wild.
