An Army flight surgeon apparently is sticking to his vow not to deploy until he is satisfied that President Barack Obama is a "natural born" citizen.
Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin did not report for duty at Fort Campbell, Ky. as ordered today, and a spokesman for the post said it's not likely he will.
Lakin's failure to report essentially dares the Army to bring charges against him for being an unauthorized absence.
Margaret Hemenway, a spokeswoman for a group called the Patriotic American Foundation, which is supporting the 18-year officer, said the Army should not expect Lakin to report unless he sees an original birth certificate showing that Obama was born in Hawaii.
The Army has not said yet what it intends to do about Lakin. Calls to his unit -- Headquarters Company, Medical Brigade, Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington -- were not returned by post time.
To this point the Army has ducked taking serious action against the decorated flight surgeon, claiming his public statements and threat to disobey orders did not constitute any punishable offense. On March 31 -- the day after the video was released -- he was given a letter of counseling. In the letter, his commander at Walter Reed warned him against not reporting for duty as ordered.
The orders, Lakin was told, "are presumed to be valid and lawful orders issued by competent military authority." The letter warned Lakin that not showing up at Campbell could result in his facing AWOL charges, as well as missing movement, willfully disobeying a lawful order and showing contempt toward officials. A conviction on any of the charges could mean a dishonorable discharge, imprisonment and loss of all pay and allowances.

There are not that many layers..if that was the case..an army orderly room could not post all the photos of the soldiers chain of command..every company/troop battalion/squadron brigade division corps MACOM has a photo of Obama being in the soldiers chain of command..
They will find some way to get rid of him without a possibility of defending himself. How? I don't know. They can't afford to have discovery. They can't afford to have this in a court. So far, they've been successful.
Maybe they'll have some kind of covert or extra-legal punishment or threat.
Because he is still upholding his military oath and fighting an enemy of the Constitution.
He’s showing up at Walter Reed Hospital where he is assigned and has probably been assigned there since before Obama took office.
Looking at your picture it appears that quite a few links in the chain of command are missing. Brigade, division, corps commanders don't seem to be there.
He's assigned to Fort Campbell per his orders. He apparently hasn't showed up there.

Do not confuse the Military legal system with the joke that is the civilian courts. The military relies on the rule of law, not a “liberal or conservative” judge. The troops know that at the end of the day, they can rely on the integrity of the system, not the leanings of a judge. Since clinton, the military has had a great deal of “PC” issues to deal with, but the law isn’t one of them. mullen and casey are political pawns, the law is not.
By the way, as a young Major, I served on two court-martials,and came away from the experience with a deep respect for the military legal system
Does it also deeply offend you that a fraud who is not a Constitutionally-qualified CIC is sitting in the Oval Office giving orders to military men who took an oath to support and defend the very Constitution that this usurper is openly violating.

But ... But ... Drew and Mr Rogers have a different chain of command. They take their orders from the Paymaster and ask no questions and deny that any oath they took meant anything.
From a purely personnel standpoint, I understand what he is saying about the deployment issue. Someone else will have to take Lakin’s spot on the deployment and that’s not really fair to the other guy/girl.
However, this issue is bigger than a 1-for-1 swap on a deployment. Troops are dying needlessly in Afghanistan because of Obama’s policies -
They have a right to know if he is eligible to be CIC regardless of whether or not we think it is appropriate.
It is a Command...a MACOM. The chain of command depends on the type of unit the soldier is assigned. If a soldier is assigned to an office in a Unified Command that gets him closer to the President than a soldier in an infantry company. A chain of command is not the same as a chain of staff offices.
An honest and legitimate president would be **HONORED** to immediately prove with the very best and complete evidence that he was a natural born citizen of the United States of America.
Also...If Obama is a natural born citizen and is withholding this information just to make his opponents look bad in the nebulous future, I doubt that the American people will find this political dirty trick amusing. Obama has used Department of Justice Attorneys on more than one occasion to block the release of his records. He **deliberately** distracted these attorneys (for frivolous reasons)from their important work of keeping Americans safe.
Obama MISUSED Department of Justice Attorneys at a time when terrorists were planing to KILL our soldiers on their bases and inside their recruitment centers, blow up New York subways, and blow planes full of civilians out of the sky.

It is my understanding he was to be sent to Ft. Campbell in a TDY status..he is not out processing his current unit. It is a temporary duty.
The US Supreme Court has never ruled what a natural born citizen is.
Obama was probably born in Hawaii but..his father being a Kenyan citizen needs to be addressed.
Every news outlet was all over the Natalie Holloway story for years. Greta was obsessed with it. There's been tv shows about it now 5 years later. Why isn't Greta interviewing every officer however remotely related to this event?
Unless there's a way to ignore his suit or turn it around claiming he brought all his grief on himself. Either way, it'll be handled very, very quietly.

Actually, some of us are honest. If we take pay in exchange for the promise of doing a job, then we do the job. If we are unwilling to work for someone, we don’t.
My 25 years in the military included 8 with Clinton. I despised the man, but I had no right to take the pay but refuse the duty.

Fact - Obama was certified to run in all 50 states. He won the popular vote & the Electoral College. Congress certified the election. The Supreme Court had a challenge put forward to them, and they declined to act. The Chief Justice swore Obama in.
Against that, I have internet rumors that Obama was born in Kenya, as opposed to birth certificates, newspaper announcements, witnesses, etc. The birth certificate published is the same sort I used for my passport.
But I’m supposed to believe you, and not everyone else because...well, because you will call me names if I do not do your bidding.
Or, I can trust your interpretation of the Constitution, and not the Supreme Court, which was fully aware that Obama’s father was not a US citizen. Let’s see - the US Supreme Court, or Internet posters...who to trust?
So you can knock off the BS about obeying oaths. Mine was to support and defend the Constitution, not the Internet ramblings of Internet lawyers.
