Yes they do, but these folks did not have the sniffles! It was an orchestrated plan to shift all medicaid and medicare to clinics, and away from the univ. hospital.

The only thing that pisses me off more than doctor-owned hospitals is mechanic-owned auto shops, or waiter-owned restaurants, or pilot-owned small airports, or farmer-owned farms.
