THE POST & EMAIL THINKS NOT
The Hawaii Department of Health continues to ignore and stonewall legitimate requests for information which under its UIPA law should be made available to a requester within ten days.
Mr. John Charlton, our Editor-in-Chief, has made three requests for such information from the Health Department beginning in early March which the Health Department either says it does not understand or to which it has failed to respond at all.
On February 26, 2010, Mr. Charlton published an article demonstrating the Health Departments increasing reluctance to comply with UIPA requests. He had asked for copies of handwritten pages from the Birth Index maintained before Hawaiis birth records were computerized and had offered to pay for the cost of obtaining them. Specifically, he was looking for anyone with the surnames Payne, Dunham, Soetoro and Obama.
Instead, the Health Department sent a PDF file of births with the parents names redacted. None of the names for which Mr. Charlton had asked appeared on the list, although Mr. Charlton had obtained information independently that at least one person with one of the last names had been born during the period in question.
Since that time, Mr. Charlton has made three more requests to the Hawaii Department of Health, none of which has been addressed. The PDF which Janice Okubo, the Health Departments Public Information Officer, released to Mr. Charlton did not contain the information he had requested.
On March 4, 2010, Mr. Charlton sent the Hawaii Health Department the following email:

This sure is an interesting thread. Just wow....
Ah, VDR means vital delayed birth records. I had originally thought it was vital death records and couldn’t figure out why you were needing those.
Ok, it depends what you want. But, yeah, the VCR-3b is the only one that isn’t microfilmed or dated to destroy.
I think VDR might be Vital Delayed Records.
Hawaii only wants the public to see sanitized computer print-outs. And you have to wait at least 10 business days to get even a copy of that. More if they tell you they don’t understand what you’re asking for. Sigh.
Funny you should mention that...
We’re getting there.
Is anybody here able to get into the archives of the PriusChat Forums?
Youre taking TDs word for it
I don’t doubt the announcement exists on microfilm or microfiche. However, a couple of actual newspapers from the same date as the microfilm, papers that have been authenticated by more than one expert and that DO not show the O announcement but instead show something else, would be pretty damning, no? ;)
There are no paper copies anywhere, unless somebody saved it in their personal memorabilia.
But that doesn’t mean there’s no evidence of foul play.
At this point in time, I would not trust that microfilm any more than Id trust the microfilmed newspaper announcements.
______________
You’re one of the smart ones.
So do you think we should ask for VCR-3b?
How would that likely be organized? By year? Or just one big chronological list?
Right.
There may be information they didn’t know they had to sanitize though. There are usually several angles of cross-examination that can be done.
The result would be that Sr. is NOT the father and the maternity could also be in question. I have several theories based on the evidence. Some sound like tin foil hat stuff but actually the facts support them better than the story they want us to believe.
I’m not taking anyone’s word for anything, I only posted what was written on Atlas Shrugs and TexasDarlin at the time.
It’s simply for the record.
There appears to be some misunderstanding of how birth announcements appeared in 1961. The myth is, they were generated by information from Vital Records.
I, and several other freepers have often suggested that birth announcements are the result of personal. i.e., insertions made and paid for by relatives.
There are no paper copies anywhere
____________
BINGO! Some people save papers. Thank goodness.
I'm hoping this is their undoing---failing to catch something that wasn't scrubbed or falsified.
I know, and I believe they were inserted by relatives as well. It really doesn’t matter if actual, saved, personal copies of the newspapers from that month(including that day) differ from the microfilm/microfiche, now does it?
What that would prove is that there was a concentrated effort by public officials to commit fraud upon the people of the United States of America. They need to build some more Federal prisons. I have a feeling within the next 2 years they are going to need them for these rat bastards.
If you are searching, you should always do a couple of things. PLEASE do not post a link, photo etc. on FR or elsewhere until you have done a screenshot of everything. Also if you think it is really relevant, don’t post it anywhere on the internet. Get it to the relevant people that are working behind the scenes.
Good advice. Thanks.
Shake off what 'they' want you to believe, and what remains is not tinfoil. For example, study this website and the video's carefully:
Although it attempts to make the case that Stanley Ann Dunham graduated from Mercer Island in 1960, it doesn't succeed, they turn the pages of what they want us to believe is the 1960 yearbook, but no where can I see an image of Stanley Ann Dunham.
If she WAS there in 1960, why not show us?
I can tell you with certainty that there was a concentrated effort by public officials and media members to commit fraud.
We’ve seen it regarding the COLB and the illegal hiding of the public records (including administrative rules) which would have prevented the fraud before America elected an ineligible president. The COLB was Obama’s first “tower” of manufactured evidence; its fraudulence has been documented.
His other “tower” of evidence was the birth announcements. That will soon fall as well, and the deception and fraud by people we were all told we should trust will be apparent.
thanks for the clarification.
and THANK Goodness for people like you willing to research and to call all their lies .
Please tell me you think we will actually get to some of the truth surrounding this POS?
