I am going old school here. The Founding Fathers did not want us involved in the affairs of others. Bring everyone back, pull up the drawbridge, and drill here. Be prepared to unleash hell if someone attacked us at home. Rest of the world can go suck eggs as far as I am concerned.

Kyrghyzstan likes having Uncle Sugar around for the moolah - 60 million a year lease plus benefit to local economy.Could turn into a bidding war with Russia for base space but I'm betting since he wants to exit Afghanistan anyway Obozo will wimp out.
