Looks like Obama missed the part about the Kellog-Briand Pact but that's not possible. All the Leftwingtards at least learn about even if they don't much discuss the damage it caused.

It left the Japanese to build up and the Brits to build down, and the Americans to stick with battleships for a while longer.

The consequence was war.

I can only conclude Obama wants war!

What kind of a moron would give any credence to the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty anyway, enough to base our national security and military policy on it?

Please.

Contrary to the feel good liberalism of the Treaty, the NNP Treaty has, contrary to its name, been the single agent most responsible for the proliferation of nuclear weapons.

You see this is how the NNPT works. If you sign it and are not a nuclear power, nuclear power signatory nations (like the USA or France) are obligated to come build you a nuclear power plant. But you have to double pinkie swear to NOT use the uranium or plutonium to make a bomb.

Guess what?

Since he was elected, has he done anything that you did not think he would?

From "45 Communist Goals":
Congressional Record--Appendix, pp. A34-A35
January 10, 1963:

1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.

2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.

3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament [by] the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.

'Goals' 4-45 can be found here:

This is a treaty right?

So then it has to be ratified by the Senate correct?

So it the Senate could kill it ... hopefully.

The Kenyan-in-Chief may as well have ordered the removal of the red stripes and blue field from the Flag.

As I understand Gen James Cartwright today on C-SPAN 3: No new nuke design. No new nuke testing. Activity limited to “reuse, replace, refurbish”.

Obama’s kumbaya promises affect not only our own security, but that of allies and other countries we would like to be on our side. A country (like say, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, or South Korea) whose security depends on our defense umbrella is now far more vulnerable to threats or pressure from Al Qaeda, or rogue states countries like Iran or North Korea.
