Home country? Obama’s mother supposedly left after he was born there and he never returned. Michelle’s comment supports the fact that Obama was born in Kenya. Coupled with the fact that his father was not an American citizen and this turns into a violation of Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constituion- one must be a natural born citizen to serve as President...... Obama is not eligible!

Yeah not sure why July was mentioned in the comments of the youtube video on Zero’s eligiblity....
BUT I can tell you that there are constant lurkers on very popular Obambi eligibility threads (look at how many views!) who are deceivers/dissuaders/liars very much working in some payroll fashion directed FROM THE WHITE HOUSE like poster arrrogantlyignorant or another named qwertyman on threads of youtube. These lurkers have a full agenda to dissuade and run a counter-propaganda campaign; some may be in the legal field...this is not stubborn folk wrong on facts posting opinions, these are protracted liars working around the clock monitoring and manipulating discussion, just like trolls on FreeRepublic.
I believe such deceitful protracted fortitude comes from $$$$. Frankly the whole thing’s sick. Obambi administration personal psycho goon squad scrubbing, propagandizing the net. Massive megolamania going on to believe lying, threatening, killing people will stop the darkness being exposed to light and the truth eventually exposed. And it will be.
Just suppose fordahellofit that this is NOT a Constitutional question at all, but purely a criminal question.
I am gonna apply for the job of President of my local bank, but I have absolutely NO qualifications, no valid form of identification, and no experience.
So I make them up. My resume SAYS I have several degrees, and I name some well known universities. Of course I add that I was Magna Cum Laude and pad it with all my “accomplishments.”
I present a document that LOOKS valid, but my resume looks so good, you don’t really check any further. I interview so well and my smile just dazzles you right off your seat. You call a couple of my references and they give you glowing reports about what a “talent” I am. My aquaintances are high profile. You have no reason to suspect me of being anything other that what I SAY I AM.
I’m hired now. I bring in my own management team.
Weeks and months go by and you realize that the bank has suddenly not been able to account for millions of missing dollars. Your books are a mess. Something is terribly wrong so you go back to when the trouble began and you investigate what has changed.
It turns out, the ONLY thing that has really changed was hiring a new president. Since then, it has all gone downhill. Your shareholders have lost fortunes. Your books are replete with falsified loans and payouts.
THEN you check. The ID that was supplied looks fraudulent. When asked to provide valid and substantial verification of my ID, I tell you I want to speak to an attorney.
The accomplishments on the resume cannot be found anywhere under heaven. When asked to verify my qualifications, I say speak to my attorney.
I am so busted. I am not only fired, I am arrested. I end up like Bernie Madoff.
ANY shareholder, depositor, or customer of that bank has standing to file suit if he lost money there.
It is called fraud. It is a felony to falsify legal documents to apply for ANY position including flipping burgers at McDonalds. At the very least, ANY false statement on a resume can get you fired.
It is grand larceny to use your position that you got illegally to steal from your employer.
In this case, the employer is We The people.
It is felony FRAUD to falsify applications and solicit money from the public to gain a position by the act of falsely identifying yourself as someone or something you are NOT.
CRIMES were committed before Barry Soetoro ever ran for any office in this United States. In ANY state where he solicited funds from even one person, that person has standing to bring charges or file suit. ANY DONOR to his campaign has standing because that person was personally damaged.
The man has always had blatant disregard for the law. He has acted unconstitutionally AND illegally for better than a quarter of his life, and for ALL of his presidency.
It is criminal liability. The Constitution only comes in to play when we need to REPLACE the criminal sitting in OUR HOUSE.
In the meantime, I worry about the safety and wellbeing of our Military and the Troops serving in warzones without direction or proper leadership.
I worry about the way our kids are being indoctrinated in the public schools.
I worry about the myriad unconstitutional acts which have gone unchallenged.
I worry about the freedoms we are losing every single day this criminal remains in office.
Not just those two but do you recall who was on that six member senate committee? There was of course Leahy, McCaskill, Coburn, Webb, HILLARY, and OBAMA.
I think there are two arguments to be made. One, yes, there are many who think he was born in Kenya and many who claim he told them he was. Two, this “son of the soil” business is just an old saying meaning his ancestors came from there. It doesn’t necessarily mean he, himself was born there. It has as little meaning as “homeland” does when applied to the eligibility question. He can claim the phrases were merely terms of speech.
That's because the marriage (if there was one) was nothing but a sham to make an honest woman out of Ann and to give Jr. a name. By the time she had him, she'd already packed her bags and headed off to parts unknown. Sr. was never really in the picture.
Hopefully, we'll be celebrating the 4th in public rather than hidden away in our basements. Other than that, nothing. The post was probably just another attempt at getting us to chase our tails.
