He spends millions keeping the BC a secret when all the while the lack of two citizen parents is right under everyone’s nose. Just read Senate Resolution 511 where he himself admits to knowing the NBC definition. I’ve been saying for over a year yet not attorney has put that up in front of a judge. Not that I’m an attorney but it has to have more traction than the BC. That in itself will bring the BC out.

Levin did it just to kind of ridicule Michelle as a "Birther", but did not go any further on the significance of her Freudian slip.
Dies anyone know how and why that Michelle speech just surfaced very recently?

Seems as if the "birther" thing is still the taboo of all taboos for most conservative talk show hosts to delve into. Kind of a hit and run on Levin's part here. Could have at least touched on the constitutional significance of Michelle's remark (after all, he is a constitutional lawyer), but eschewed the opportunity.
