Yes! He’s right. Sanctions are discriminatory. They aren’t applied against everyone, just those hiring illegals.

I assume that after his reccess appointment is up, he's finished, because if the dems couldn't get 60 votes for him now, they certainly aren't after they lose seats in November.
What I wonder, and I haven't seen addressed is, Can this kook do any real damage during the year he is on this board or are there enough rational people on it that he will simply be ignored?

Worse than that, he is also going to install “card check” for union representation without a vote of congress!

I fail to see why American citizens need to be criminalized
because of the criminal action of illegals.

Just open the doors.
Lets let the entrepreneurs in too with the real coke wars....
Open door across the board. Lets see how the Black unemployment looks then!
In the Obama world, it all makes sense.

Enforcing laws against Businesses who hire illegals is not punishing the biz for something the illegal did. it is punishing the biz for what it did.
IF businesses don’t hire illegals they will leave

Nobody could have sucked more at the job of president than this guy. If we had elected Mussolini or Ghengis Kahn we’d be better off. There are people on death row with more integrity and morals than him.

Yeah, no punishment for hiring illegals because if BO has his way, they won’t be *illegal* by the end of the year.

If the government enforced the border there wouldn’t be
illegals.

Well, he could certainly try, but he would quickly get slapped down by the federal courts. The process of union elections is firmly set by statutory law, which is why the dems are trying to get card check through congress. If it was as easy as appointing a couple people to the NLRB I imagine they would have done that during Obama's first months in office
As for the NRLB, they aren't particularly powerful anyway. They don't even have they authority to execute their own decisions, everything has to be signed off on by a federal judge and is subject to appeal. Which is probably the reason nobody has bothered to fill any of the vacancies on it for the last 4 years.
That being said, I've seen a lot of crazy things in the last couple months with Obama and the democrats. So it wouldn't surprise me if they tried anything at this point.

That’s like saying people who take drugs shouldn’t be punished because the government did nothing to stop the pushers. STUPID argument, my friend. But I’m curious to see how far you’re going to defend it.

Yes, and state govts have had the authority to revoke the charters of corporations(s-corps or c-corps,etc)which hire
these workers instead of hiring citizens and legal residents.
But to my knowledge, not one stinking state has bothered to take these cheap-labor-loving businesses to task.
What’s up with that crap?
