Last week the British Embassy announced that British, French and American troops would march with Russian soldiers on Red Square to mark the 65th anniversary of the defeat of Nazi Germany. The Brits said in a statement that the parade may mark the first time British troops have marched in Red Square; I believe the same observation applies to the American troops that will join the parade. Some official source should be linked to before something like this is posted. JMO.

See post 22. I agree with your comment. That Bear Creek link wasn’t helpful.

Obama is an enemy of the United States and must be removed from office. I’m sorry if this comment draws undue attention from Homeland Security, but it is the truth

. He is trying to disarm us, he is trying to destroy the economy and the future of the country, he is damaging our long-standing alliances, he is standing by idly while hostile regimes acquire weapons of destruciton.

HE IS AN ENEMY OF THE STATE!

I agree with you. I don't know if we can withstand all the time he has left.

Never having been a fan of Yalta or the "stop at the elbe crowd", I sort of like the idea of American troops marching in Red Square.

Fitting since Obama has such love for tyrants and dictators around the world. It’s because Obama is jealous of those dictators and tyrants, he wants it so bad.

You know, Obama Derangement Syndrome is just as petulant and childish as Bush Derangement Syndrome was and this is nothing more than frothing at the mouth ODS.

Frankly, this manufactured outrage over U.S. troops marching in Red Square to commemorate a shared victory over Nazi Germany is much ado about nothing. Russia was our ally in 1945 and they are our ally today. As an active duty service member, I'd love to be asked to be a part of this celebration and I'm sure those service members fortunate to be selected will enjoy a wonderful time in Moscow and be part of an event they can be proud of.

President Obama’s fiscal 2011 budget will generate nearly $20 trillion in cumulative budget deficits over the next 10 years

FYI

Obama is and was a MARXIST in college.

Here is an interview from someone who knew him: send to everyone you know if you wish to spread the (blocked) word:

http://www.newsrealblog.com/2010/02/13/marxist-obama-why-the-media-has-been-silent/

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mBGBszZ2Qw0

The full interview is devastating.

Too bad Fox News ignored Dr Drew in 2008 when he contacted them.

We now know the details of Barry’s Occidental years.

He was an avowed and committed Marxist.

It’s commemorating the 65th Anniversary of the Allied Forces defeating the Nazis. I have no problem with this because it is after all a part of history whether you like it or not. They might not be teaching it in history classes any more, but it is part of world history.

Obama’s Red Mentor Praised Red Army
AIM Report | By Cliff Kincaid | April 30, 2008

Frank Marshall Davis

Barack Obama’s childhood mentor, Frank Marshall Davis, a member of the Moscow-controlled Communist Party USA (CPUSA), wrote a poem dedicated to the Soviet Red Army. “Smash on, victory-eating Red Army,” he declared. He also wrote poems attacking traditional Christianity and the work of Christian missionaries.

The “Red Army” poem goes beyond hoping for the communists to beat the Nazis in World War II and hails the Soviet revolution. It says:

Show the marveling multitudes
Americans, British, all your allied brothers
How strong you are
How great you are
How your young tree of new unity
Planted twenty-five years ago
Bears today the golden fruit of victory!

Actually it will be a first, in that the Russians will be publicly acknowledging that any other country than the former USSR was responsible for defeating Nazi Germany.

Thus I’m not going to be on a ‘band wagon’ of opposition to the idea.

No, it seems that it is us acknowledging that the Russians “Liberated” Eastern Europe, nothing more. (in reality the Russians enslaved Eastern Europe).
