Nincompoop!
Doesn’t matter how he votes; he’s going down in flames come November.

I assume he's not enjoyed much sleep in the last several weeks, and top that off with his concerns about his wife. I don't like the guy either, but I'm gonna cut him some slack on this.
Just my 2 cents, YMMV...

I’m sure he’s doing this on purpose, so he can say he voted “no”.
They do this all the time.
I remember for the 2008 election a liberal Democrat here in FL ran an ad for the house because “The republicans have been in power in the legislature for too long”. And I’m thinking, she knows that people have no idea whose been running the house for two years.

He thinks the repeal is here already. Glad to see he’s ready.

At the polling place I go to, you are not able to take the elderly in and tell them which lever to pull and what candidate to vote for. Too bad the Senate doesn’t have the same rules we have. Does the same legislative aide that changes his Depends also tell him how to vote?

There should be a proficiency test for public office. Those who become feeble old fools like Ted Kennedy and Robert Byrd have no place dictating the laws of the land. Laws they will never have live under and laws they cannot even comprehend in basic “vote yes/no” terms.

Don’t be so hard on the old duffer. He doesn’t read the bills, so depending on how it is written, a yes vote can mean no and vice versa.
