Right now my census is on top the fridge not filled out. After losing our liberty today it's staying there.
I was thinking the same thing when it became clear this was going to pass.
Not surprised. Will take my sweet time filling mine’s out.

I followed the consititution and wrote in a “2” for the number of people living in the residence.

This will be the instrument used to redistrict and make sure that every Democrat incumbent will never have to worry about re election. Look at Louise Slaughter’s district. It’s a joke. She will be in long after mummification (unless that’s what happened to her face already).
I’m doing just the numbers.
Of course, that will probably result in an undercount of the number of middle-income white Americans living in my area, but still, I don’t think the evil SOBs have any right to any other information. I think they’ll use it against me.

Since we have a house in a GOP state as well as CA..we will just claim that no one lives here in CA permanently. Why give CA more votes and money.

However, pursuant to Article I, Section 2, Clause 3 of the United States Constitution, that is the only information you are empowered to request.
My “name, sex, age, date of birth, race, ethnicity, relationship and housing tenure” have absolutely nothing to with apportioning direct taxes or determining the number of representatives in the House of Representatives. Therefore, neither Congress nor the Census Bureau has the constitutional authority to make that information request a component of the enumeration outlined in Article I, Section 2, Clause 3. In addition, I cannot be subject to a fine for basing my conduct on the Constitution because that document trumps laws passed by Congress.
We are living at a time in our history that sees, almost daily, a growing encroachment upon the freedoms of the people by a government that was once thought to be “of the people, by the people and for the people.”
Please do not waste your time and mine by sending a census worker to this address. That person will only be given a copy of this cover letter.
I’m going to be counted as a homeless person (Amish race) residing in a small western valley (pretty close to the truth actually).
