However, pursuant to Article I, Section 2, Clause 3 of the United States Constitution, that is the only information you are empowered to request.
My “name, sex, age, date of birth, race, ethnicity, relationship and housing tenure” have absolutely nothing to with apportioning direct taxes or determining the number of representatives in the House of Representatives. Therefore, neither Congress nor the Census Bureau has the constitutional authority to make that information request a component of the enumeration outlined in Article I, Section 2, Clause 3. In addition, I cannot be subject to a fine for basing my conduct on the Constitution because that document trumps laws passed by Congress.

Mine has been sitting on the kitchen counter. I just can’t bring myself to fill it out since I’m sick over the “Obamaliezation” of government.
I filled in the Constitutionally required answer for No. 1, then I answered No. 2 “Is there any person staying with you not counted in No. 1?” just because I thought it was so damn funny. All the other crap I left blank.
Well, you can't honestly and legally fill it out until April 1st anyway? First question is, "How many people lived at this residence on April 1, 2010?" How can you answer that question prior to April 1, 2010?
Refusing to participate in the census may be the first general act of civil disobedience. It could be the opening shot in the coming revolt.
