The project, which is tentatively titled Sarah Palins Alaska. Palin is asking for $1 million to $1.5 million per episode.
Sarah Palin is following a trajectory more Kardashian than politician, demanding a big paycheck in her quest for reality-TV stardom. After shopping her TV docudrama to major broadcast and cable networks, two channels A&E and Discovery have expressed interest in the project, which is tentatively titled Sarah Palins Alaska. Palin is asking for $1 million to $1.5 million per episode, considered a hefty amount for a first-year cable series. The show executive-produced by reality-television guru Marc Burnett will feature the former governor touring her home state, completing activities such as visiting fishing boats or trekking to a gold mine. There had better be a caribou-hunting episode or else this really has no business calling itself a Sarah Palin Alaska show.
Every time a Palinista compares Palin to Obama as if that enhances her image or credentials in any way, I laugh.
Palin is asking for $1 million to $1.5 million per episode.
So what!I You would do the same thing if you were in her place.
and from our [formerly] best friends who have ended their friendship because we spoke the tooth!
Well, if they spotted liberal tendencies in you... what do you expect?? LOL ...
Nobody’s jamming anything down your throat, your the one trying to destroy her for your own reasons. You want to insult her supporters like we’re robots, you get it right back. Now who is your candidate so we can scrutinize him. If you don’t have one shut up.
Pray for America and Gov Palin
You're really going to use Obama as an argument for why Sarah Palin is qualified....? Talk about damning with faint praise!
But as I pointed out ... Obama is the best example available about the dangers of putting amateurs in the Oval Office.
As a country we're in serious trouble, FRiend, and we need a serious leader. Are you really suggesting that Sarah Palin would be up to the task? Really? Based on what?
Talking about Sarah Palin is kinda like talking about Ann Colter around here. You gotta be careful not to step on anyones dreams.
Sarah Palin is definitely a reactive agent here... she separates the liberal-lefties from the conservatives... :-)
LMAO...your concern for FReepers cracks me up. That's the funniest thing I've read yet.
That's why you have "people"........I never worked for one plant manager who knew how to rewire a control panel or operate a hi-lo........
Some people don't know the difference between a leader and a technician, I suppose ... LOL ...
“This troll would have said the same thing if we had a second Ronald Reagan here.”
Every time a Palinista compares Palin to Reagan, even when it is inferred and not directly stated as you did here, I laugh because each time you do it I think you lose 2-3 votes for her.
Comparing Palin to Reagan in your ham handed way only emphasises the differences between the two.
Nope, the ugly truth is she speaks the truth and you want more sophisticated answers. Rather than tearing her down why don’t you go support a candidate that fits your definition of a heavy-weight, there are plenty to pick from. Tearing down Palin only makes you look like you have an agenda.
Lots of people like her because she’s not a polished politician and think rooting out corruption and energy are important issues.

I agree..... Palin is clearly not a serious leader. I pray our party can find heavyweights who can win this war.
Even I like Alaska and am intrigued by it. Yet, the revenue they would need to generate to support not just her salary but the show itself would be awfully high. I just don't see the support for it.
LOL ... if they can get shows going and successful about cutting down trees, driving trucks across ice and fishing in boats in the middle of big storms... heck! this is a no-brainer... :-)
I see you wouldn't make a successful executive in these types of shows...
“Nobodys jamming anything down your throat...”
And 80% of the readers of this thread collectively laugh out loud.
Exactly. I’m all in favor of free enterprise. If the market will pay it, then so be it. If not, then negotiate. Lovely system, capitalism is!
“Now who is your candidate so we can scrutinize him. If you dont have one shut up.”
Who’s running?
Your plant manager knew how to talk budgets and trends in his part of the industry and competitive situations.
Well..., that definitely counts Sarah Palin out, being a governor of Alaska... LOL ...
Obama may well be a professional Marxist; which does nothing to alter the fact that he is a bumbling, ineffective, narcissistic amateur who is quite obviously in way over his head.
... whereas Sarah Palin is not new to executive office.
Her executive record shows that Sarah Palin is not above leaving the kitchen when things got hot. You think things wouldn't be a whole lot hotter if she were president?
You might call me a "troll," newbie, but that's just because you're besotted with Sarah Palin's celebrity. She doesn't have what it takes to be president. Maybe in 10 years she can, if she plays her cards exactly right -- but she's not close to ready now.
It only took Reagan 30 years after that to get to the White House. It's possible that Palin is eyeing a run in 2040, but that's not the way I'd bet.
They have to hate her. She actually is all the things Obama pretends to be. I think she even has a birth certificate.
She's actually someone that the American public can truly identify with..., not the made-up images that are created in "Washington"... :-)
Which we don't.
OBTW ... This troll understands that it is common courtesy to ping the one who you're talking about. Did you simply forget, or do you lack common courtesy as well as common sense?
