And on page 879 is one detail that few know about.
A friend of mine, Allan Favish, has discovered the bill includes race preferences.
In an article written for the American Thinker, Favish says the bill specifies that the secretary of Health and Human Services, in awarding grants or contracts under this section shall give preferences to entities that have a demonstrated record of training individuals who are from underrepresented minority groups or disadvantaged backgrounds.
The bill doesnt say what would qualify as a demonstrated record, so if ObamaCare passes you can expect that medical schools and other training institutions will do whatever they can to get away with training as many people as possible from so-called disadvantaged backgrounds.
By the way, if youre poor and white, or Asian, or Jewish, dont expect any advantage under this plan. The word underrepresented is inserted into the bills language to make it clear the preferences are aimed at giving a leg up to black and Hispanic students. According to the soft bigotry of the left, underrepresented is always meant to be read as black and Latino....

This is what this is partly about.
Yesterday the Hispanic Caucus threw its support behind Obamacare for a trade off of amnesty and insuring every latino enclave everywhere. Keep in mind, Medicare payments for those of us who have paid in our entire lives, will be cut.
[snips]I am so pleased that the reconciliation bill released today provides fair and just treatment to the 4.4 million Americans living in Puerto Rico and its sister territories, who have been treated unequally under federal health programs for too long, said Rep. Pedro Pierluisi (D-Puerto Rico).
Todays bill constitutes a remarkable reversal from where we stood just a few weeks ago. The bill will provide $6.3 billion in new Medicaid funding for the territories in the form of an estimated 182% increase to their current federal funding caps. This represents nearly a tripling of the total Medicaid funding the territories would receive under current law. In addition, whereas the Senate bill strictly limited how new Medicaid funding could be spent, the reconciliation bill gives Puerto Rico and the other territories flexibility to determine how best to use this funding to expand coverage and improve services. Finally, while the Senate bill excluded the U.S. citizens in the territories from the Health Care Exchange, the bill released today provides our constituents with access to the Exchange and $1 billion to offer subsidies to individuals and families of modest means who participate in an Exchange. I am so grateful to the leadership and the members of the CHC for their unstinting support for fair treatment for Puerto Rico and the other territories.
Members of the Caucus also noted that the legislation makes significant investments to expand community health centers throughout the nation. By directing funding to health care services and for the operation, expansion, and construction of community health centers nationwide, the bill will improve care for all Americans, but be particularly beneficial to Latinos and those living in underserved communities.

Obama hates white people. Anyone who doubts this is a fool.
What is a disadvantaged background?I’m sure that wouldn’t include poor whites.
“That’s just how white folks will do you.” 0bama

Of COURSE there are racial preferences in this bill.
EVERY policy of 0bama’s has been de facto reparations.
The elitist whites don’t care because they will decimate the blacks along with the whites.
Would illegal Aliens count as underrepresented in schools?
Obammie the Commie is on-record having stated that he does not support reparations because they do not go far enough. What he wants to do is remove those from the top (as he sees it) and replace them with those at the bottom.
This POS “legislation” is part of enacting that plan.
I’m very discouraged. I was raised that racism is evil.
Yet the number of blacks that support this tyrant simply because of race and because of their own deep-rooted hatred of whites and their coveting at what whites have attained, is undeniable proof of how alive-and-well racism is in this country.
ACORN!!!!!
thats the new keyword for racial preferences- “under represented”. It was used to ration flu vaccine, in case no one else noticed.

Yes, so was I. I believe most Americans were.
Injustice is NEVER cured with more injustice. And neither is racism.
Barrack Hussein Obama has set back the cause of black people 50 years.
I'm so tired of the minority crap!
I believe the racism that we saw come to the surface with Barry’s nom and election was always there,
we just chose to think that things were “getting better” because one direction of the racism had ceased or diminished to the point that it isn’t a factor anymore.
The other direction was seething and was released.
I grew up very poor. I am a Christian. I am married to my first and only wife. I am a white heterosexual male. I am a disabled Veteran. I am a minority.
I saw that when the bill first came out, and had trouble finding a calculator big enough to add up all the numbers.
Fortunately those of us who have children afflicted with trans-racial syndrome will be able to apply for those positions. It’s similar to transgender - when you ‘feel’ like a woman you are entitled to use the ladies room or the locker rooms with the girls.
I guess the box to fill out on the old census form is ‘other’ - transracial - same as being a homosexual, isn’t it?
Here's a leg up.
The American people were conned big-time last November because they were apathetic (in some cases) or simply swayed by media lies and their own misguided desire to demonstrate their lack of bias, a trait carefully manipulated by the Obama campaign and his PR organization, the leftmedia.
Now it's come to this. We're on the verge of losing much personal freedom and control over our most basic life decisions as well as being a debtor nation and all the problems that portends for the future. It will take massive resistance and some dark days before this tragic state of affairs can be reversed - if it ever is.
